Arrived and i was sent two times to different rooms the keys just wouldn't open. After bookin a queen double bed i was asignes two very hard beds. Just couldn't rest. Avoid if you can.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

Location - Impossible to get anywhere from this hotel. Taxi's are hestitant to stop particulary on game day during the 7's and forget public transportation, by the time the bus stops across the street from the hotel, its full. Comfort - I can difinitively say this is the most uncomfortable hotel. the beds are like cement blocks, the pillows are well […] like cement blocks, the shower leaks, the room service is outrageously expensive for the quality, and the rooms are general need of updating. Heavy grime build up in the sink. Uncomfortable hard mattress. No towels until around 4pm in the afternoon. Bath towels were old and worn out.
