Hotel is clean and in a good location, but design and condition of the hotel looks very old. For a little bit more, you should stay at the Upper House... which is in the same building (upper floors). I stayed 1 night at Upper House and 1 night at JW Marriott because Upper House was fully booked for the second night, I regret not booking earlier because JW Marriott was a big disappointment after staying at the Upper House. I have stayed at most of the 5 star hotels in HK and there are much better hotels in Hong Kong for the price. The location is not that great, but if you want to be in that part of town try the Hyatt. The hotel is looking fairly dated now, the staff are excellent, but you would expect that in Asia as a given.

Fantastic. Staff was very helpful and didn't miss a beat! Service, food, and atmosphere in executive lounge was great. Would definitely stay again. One thing...I thought it was a little bit over the top to charge us for wireless internet when we already paid a hefty fee to say on executive level. However, I really did enjoy my visit.
