I absolutely love this hotel. They pump fragrances in the lobby, elevator, and hallways. Every staff greeted me by name because every staff made an effort to recognize each guests. The room is small yet it used the closet to separate the bed from the desk and the bathroom. There's a 42" LCD flat screen TV. The bathroom has a bathtub and shower combo. […] The jacuzzi tub was a big plus after a long flight. The hotel is located conveniently half block from Nathan road. There's a 7/11 every block. Many restaurants both local and big franchises. The free shuttle to the Kowloon Airtrain station is only 3 blocks away. Temple Street Night Market is only 5 minute walk. The hotel is pleasant and the staff are helpful, Check-in was speedy. Jordan MRT Stn is within a walking distance (3 mins) the excellent bathrooms with Jacuzzi is new & clean, the Crabtree & Evelyn bathing amenities is a PLUS. Highly recommended and will stay here again on my next visit to Hong Kong (Nov’12).

I was in Hong Kong for a layover and was very pleasantly surprised by the Madera Hotel. The location is ideal, within 5 minutes from the subway, Temple Night Market, excellent restaurants/shopping, etc. AND the customer service of the front desk simply can't be beat! I switched to this hotel after staying at another hotel ( much bigger) for 4 nights. Not my first time in HK and probably been to a dozen places in different part of town. As soon as we walked through the doors as we arrived we were greeted kindly by the staff. Check-in did not take very long at all and as we were whisked away to our room, we were rather impressed with the condition and hygiene of the rooms. We went to visit our friend's hotel that they stayed in Causeway Bay for the same price paid and the condition […] at Madera definitely attracted them to come stay there on their next visit. Location wise, even though it is not Central or TST location.... the hotel was very conviniently close to the MTR station and in Hong Kong.... as long as you are close to an MTR station... you can go everywhere! Conveniently located just off the main road, peaceful and convenient. Everything was new and decor was tasteful. Rates are good. Breakfast in cafe nothing to rave about but lots of eateries if you walk across Nathan Rd and head towards Jordan Rd.

Everything about the hotel is great. Free Wifi and great location. Most importantly to us, it's non-smoking. Only setback is the size of bed, which is slightly smaller than queen size. So if both adults are quite big size, the bed will be a bit too small.

We enjoyed our stay here during our holiday in Hong Kong. It is located just 5-minute walk away from Jordan MTR station. Check-in was seamless and the staff was very accomodating. The room is modernly decorated. Convenient stores and restaurants are aplenty near the hotel.

Room is a bit small for 2 person. However this is very typical of HK hotel room. For the charges, it's value for money. I like the themed hotel room concepts, especially there' s a specialized ladies floors. Will come back to try the ladies room.

This hotel is fantastic. Can't think of a single negative. It is modern, sparklingly clean and well located. Close to MTR (2 mins walk), Temple St Markets (5 mins walk), Ladies Markets (15 mins walk). There is a cafe directly across the street if you need a breakfast and coffee (Aussie style!). Nathan Road at the end of the street (10 metres) and 7- […] eleven stores close by. My son, my friend and I stayed in room 901. Room size was ample, generous by HK standards. We each had our own single bed. Beautiful bathroom (bath & shower), modern TV and I-Pod/I-Phone dock. My parents stayed in room 906. This room was slightly smaller however the bathroom was huge (separate bath and shower, double vanity). Hotel staff were brilliant. Always friendly and helpful. To the point of addressing us by our names! Could not fault any of them. This hotel does not have a restaurant but there are many nearby. There is a bar on the 29th floor and a cafe on the 3rd. I thoroughly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here on my next trip to Hong Kong. Read more

This hotel has been open only 6 months before our stay of 4 nights. There are only 5 rooms on level 12 where we were. There is no restaurant, but who needs it in Hong Kong, when you can go 2 Metro stops to Mong Kok for all the exotic food you could wish for. It is clean and modern, but a few of the 'gadgets' were a bit odd. The toilet roll holder was […] in the wrong place. The night light was very good, but overdone. The light switches take a bit of puzzle - the Chinese love gadgets! No alternative bedding for peiople who don't like a heavy duvet. On the plus side, it is very handy - only 25 metres to Nathan Road, and 100 metres from Jordan Metro Station. The bathroom was not big, but good - shower over a spa bath. Nicely furnished room, free wi-fi, complimentary mini-bar (no alcohol) for first night stay, good size safe for your laptop & etc. Read more

My husbsnd and I stayed in Madera fr 2 nights had changed 3 rooms . The jazzucvi in first room was not working so we moved to 2nd room on the 2nd day . We keep hearing loud sound (like opening door cracking sound) the minute we moved in and had feedback to front desk staff ms doris and she commented is due to maintance work . The sound did not go off […] till 11 pm and we called the front desk again and they came to our room to check . Ms Doris heard the sound too and offered to move us again to another room . Can you imagine we have to moved to another room at 11pm ! Despite all these inconvenience , we are happy with the services ,cleanliness plus the location of the hotel as is walking distance to mtr and there are lots of good food around the area . I had lost the key to the lock on my suitcase. But the hotel very kindly sent someone from maintenance to our room to break the lock with my consent. I didn't care as long I could open the case. Also the first room which they put us in felt a little on the small side for a grand deluxe room, so we requested to be moved,. We were initially hesitated as there was totally no review on this hotel found in any website. Decided to give it a try and turned out that it was the best decision I have ever made in hotel selection considering the hotel value. […] Thus, I am writing my very first hotel review online as the hotel deserves it! Madera hotel is very new with vibrant and chic room design. I really love the hotel so much that I always looked forward to going back to the hotel after visiting around in HK. Everything in the room comes in high quality and good details:- Comfy bed with good pillows, big tv & mirror, nice carpet (i think it is the main deco of the room!), special lighting (there is lighting below the bed too), ipod dock, jet bath, shower gel/shampoo of good brand. I have to mention good details because the towels and slippers are in two colors, white and green (depending on the room you stay) which makes it easy for us to identify our towels! Another thing make this hotel so much different from others is that it provides complimentary minibar which comes with beer, soft drinks and snacks. We finished them on the first night, to our suprise they actually refilled on second day. Wifi was free and speed was good. The hotel also has gym, games room, outdoor cafe and sky bar, unfortunately we didn't have time to use them during our stay. Will definitely come back to this hotel if I visit HK again. Read more

Hotel just opened, really nice decor. Excellent quality at least the Grand Deluxe room was probably the best 4-5 star room I have stayed in. The experience wa backed by an excellent price-value in a restaurant just opposite, cafe something... 3-course + menu with Agnus steak HKD 200. Highly recommended!

不亏叫《木的地》房间的装修好多都是木质元素，本人很幸运免费升级了套房（复式的套房，分上下两层），房间内的设施也很人性化，很温馨的感觉，但是觉得酒店房间门的隔音效果差，在走廊里说话声都可以听到。另外酒店的电视收不到几个台。酒店地理位置非常好，交通很便利。

太方便了，就是要早点定，我是出发的前两天定只定了一天，很干净，去弥敦道买了东西可以送回来再去买，简直太方便了，庙街也很近，可以吃夜宵。下次还会再住的。
