We were taking a 5 day vacation so we would have liked to be able to unpack all our clothes. Instead we lived partially out of a suitcase. Also, the maid service was not prompt. The entrances to the hotel are almost hidden. One is inside a shopping mall and the another is in a side street. In the basement is the entrance for when you arrive by taxi. None of these have a welcoming appearance. You could be entering an office building or residential building. Good hotel, good food, excellent staff, fab location, but...... it would appear the hotel is primarily for business people staying only a couple of nights. We stayed for 12 nights and the storage facilities for clothing were pathetic i.e. one smallish wardrobe and only 2 miniscule drawers. If you use the hotel pool there is no line in the bathroom […] to hang swimsuits to dry and you have to take bathroom towels to the pool as the hotel do not appear to own the pool. ショッピングはホテルがK11と直結しているのでウィンドウショッピングだけでも楽しめる。そしてペニンシュラやDFSその他ショッピングセンターまで徒歩10分以内の距離でとにかく便利。駅やフェリー乗り場等も近く観光へ出掛けるにもとても便利でした。部屋はハーバービュー指定にしたのですが…部屋からの景色はいまいちでした。部屋もそんなに広くなく…次回宿泊するとしたらデラックスで十分かなと思いました。朝食のビュッフェはとても美味しかった！Genuine Hotels.com guest review
