    We loved this hotel, It has been such an excellent holiday. The hotel is in an excellent location and should be rated more than a 4 star hotel. You must... have breakfast there, so much choice from all over the world. We used the hotel bus into town loads which is great as it puts you into the centre and close to MTR.     This hotel is in Kowloon's Hung Hom (Kowloon) neighborhood, within one kilometer of the Hong Kong Coliseum, Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and the Hung Hom Star Ferry Pier.

    第一次入住都会海逸酒店，在网上预订的房间，CHECK IN的时候客服人员给我们安排了一间望海的套房，很高兴！！而且房间里面的用品都十分干净，浴衣毛巾等等基本都是九成新的，床单被褥等等也很舒服，下次还会再选择入住此酒店！！

    酒店的设施很好，地理环境也很好。就是服务态度差一点。因为我是从澳洲飞到香港，早上5：30分就到香港了。咨询前台能否升级房间，或者加钱能否早点给房间我，我想提早进房间休息。前台的态度恶劣，一点都不会配合。（其实房间肯定有的，因为我看到好多客户退房）只是前台是否愿意配合而已）最后还是要纠缠很久，才能加钱升级房间，所以服务质量有待提高。

    酒店的地理位置非常优越，坐直通车到达后，走三分钟过天桥就可以到酒店，非常快捷。去看演唱会，更不用多说，走二分钟到达红馆。我已经推荐给很多朋友，以后我来香港，也会住这间酒店。酒店服务质量也值得表扬，非常满意。
