Palm Court - Palm Court serves breakfast from 7:30AM to 10:30AM daily. Gilt screens with rich fabrics divide Palm Court into smaller discrete private spaces. Live strings and jazz in the afternoon and evening enhance the elegant atmosphere. Palm Court serves The Langham Afternoon Tea Monday to Friday.

We moved to this hotel after four days at the Disneyland hotel, and were very impressed. Firstly they were able to give us an adjoining room for our kids, the staff were very friendly and the room decor was excellent - very stylish. Location is awesome for getting around - just a few minutes' walk to the ferry piers, tons of shopping and tourist points, and the staff were very helpful in helping us find other places, like cheap, authentic local restaurants nearby. The food in the hotel was also outstanding although a bit on the pricey side. The only downside is that although it's close to the harbor there is a big building in between the Langham and the harbour, so the views aren't great. We will always stay in The langham Hotel whenever we go to HongKong and it has been the 3rd times. Of course we have ever tried other hotel but cannot be compare at all. I got a call some time after I arrived in my room after checking-in to ask me if I needed any assistance. I didn't need to find the restaurant phone number to make reservation. This hotel is great, very traditional, old world charm, but all the latest conveniences. it is located right in the heart of the busiest area, conventient to walking everywhere, and public transportation, ferries, trains, and underground. of course the shopping is right at ur fingertips.....the only downfall is this area ( no fault of the hotel has […] either high end or low end restaurants, nothing in between, and after a few days u just want something basic to eat) the hotel has a nice and reasonable cafe, which we frequented a few times..... the rooms are very nice, a bit small, but very comfortable...again, being a man and with my son, the girly touches were a little uncomfortable, everything was pink..don't get it but maybe i was missing something.....we had twin beds so it was a bit tight sleeping...we r used to double or queen size beds....our view was bad, but that is not a facotr for me, we dont spend alot of time in the room. i think internet should be free, or at least reasonable. but very good in general. staff is great, friendly and efficient...especially the concierge...so nice and knowledgeable. all in all a great expeience, just a jewel in a crazy world..sitting in the lobby u feel like all the pressures of today disappear..........
