"Room was very tired."
Having stayed in HK numerous times, I thought I'd try a new hotel. Bad mistake. It took half an hour to find the expedia booking when we arrived and check us in. The bath had a crack in it bottom which had obviously been partially fixed but was still sharp to the touch so we could not use for our kids bath. The aircon in the room was so noisy when […] turned on that we had to sleep with it off which was very stuffy We complained and they said they would either fix both problems or move us to a new room.
