This is a great hotel for anyone visiting Hong Kong who wants a comfortable, central location but doesn't require a 5 star experience. I travel a lot on business in the US, and I felt comfortable staying at The Kowloon Hotel. Very professional staff always delivered on time and as expected. Rooms are compact but comfortable and clean. "Harbor view" […] means you can see the water, but don't expect a broad panorama of the Hong Kong skyline. The view was nice but considering how little time we spent in the hotel besides sleeping, I would not pay extra for the view offered. The location is fantastic! In the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, and with MTR stations all around, it is easy to get anywhere, and there is plenty to see and do within a few blocks of the hotel. Don't miss Nathan Road and Canton Road shopping, or Kowloon Park, or the city light show every evening at 8 PM from the Kowloon Public Pier, all within 3 blocks of the hotel location.
