The hotel and staff are nice and friendly and the rooks clean and comfortable. The location on the MTR is ideal for traveling to HK island. However, to get to the hotel from the MTR stop can be tricky. "Good stay, but"

"家族連れには不向き"
①シャワーと蛇口のカランの切り替えが扱いにくく苦労した。 ②ウォシュレットがなく、ちょっと不快だった。 ③テレビの音声不良。これは特にひどく、常に雑音が混ざった状態だった。 全体的に家族連れには不向きで、あくまでも出張に使用するホテルとして利用したほうがいい。Genuine Expedia guest review

"リクエストしたお部屋がなくてガッカリ・・・"

今回初めて宿泊しました。（香港はもう１０回以上訪問してます）、８階のハーバービューで、眺めはよかったのですが、残念ながら部屋に続く廊下の臭いがとても気になりました。多分、レストランの香辛料だと思いますが、あまり良いものではありませんで。また、部屋も狭く（価格からすれば致し方ないのかもしれえませんが）、またクローゼツトが少なくて衣服をしまうのに苦労しましいた。バスアメニティやバスガウン、スリッパ等必要なものはすべてありましたので、ほかに不満はありません。ともかく臭いをどうにかすべきでしょう、高級ホテルだと思いますので。よろしくお願いします。 廊下の天井が低いのは建物が古いからでしょうね。Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"行動派の方におすすめ。"
今回立地の良さでこのホテルを選択したが、実際に宿泊し立地は地下鉄の駅にも近く便利であった。部屋について、大きさは夫婦２名であれば全然問題ない大きさである。古いという感覚は無し。毎日ミネラルウォーターが２本用意されていました。今回ランクアップしハーバービューの部屋に宿泊（５階フロア）したが、近隣のインターコンチネンタルホテルに遮られる事なく夜景を見る事ができました。アメニティは一通り揃っており不自由なし。風呂も狭いとは感じませんでした。総合的に見ると立地、部屋の内容を考慮すると良かったと思う。Genuine Expedia guest review

"部屋の空調がうるさいです"

"ハーバービュー部屋 ８階"
繁華街にありとても移動には快適であった。 ８階のハーバービューの部屋であったが、３分の１は目の前のホテルが邪魔して見えない。あまり期待しないほうがよい。 コンビニがホテル裏にあるので買い物にも便利。 香港のトイレはウォシュレット設備がないのでしょうか。このホテルにも設置なしです。 全体的にとても快適に過ごせるホテルですが、隣接するペニンシュラホテルのホテル内にいったら「こっちのホテルにすればよかった・・・」と後悔しました。宿泊金額はそんなに差がありませんので。Genuine Expedia guest review

"シェラトン香港ホテル & タワーズ"
