"Disappointed"
The room had very inadequate lighting, it felt like being in a mushroom barn. The thermostat did nothing to affect the room temperature (cold). There was no toilet paper roll holder, the towel bars were falling off the walls and the lavatory faucet was almost falling off. The desk was tiny, the plugs and light on the desk did not work.
