Hotel employees were extremely helpful & cordial. We booked a triple, and were put in a double. The original double was an inside room, and being winter, the AC was turned off, and heat on. We were very uncomfortable and barely slept. By the next evening, an outside room was prepared for us with a cot for our daughter to join us. Overall, the room was […] spacious enough for three adults and temperature wise much more comfortable. The only issue we had with housekeeping was they would not always refill the items used, such as shampoo, shower cap, etc. However, if you needed anything you could get it at the front desk. Wifi was excellent and free. Location was excellent for our purposes, we wanted to be close to our daughter's apartment and we were within two blocks. Walkable to the Grand Place as well as post office, supermarket, banks, restaurants and major shopping area. Super close to metro, walkable to bus station. While I don't plan to visit Brussels again, if I were to, I would definitely stay here again. Read more

Looks very business class, facilities and equipment is very decent. Internet is free and everywhere. Free drink water and coffee in the room (there was an electric tea pod). Good for busy people. A bit expensive but the room gave very good comfortable feeling so that trip wasn't spoilt. it's worth of its money.

The hotel is in a great zone of Brussels and located in a distance of 15 minutes walking to the city centre. As you can imagine the Crown Plaza brand makes this hotel a great option for staying in Brussels.

Parking across street was okay. Child peeing on street when arriving was unfortunate. Maybe that was a reflection of area. Buffet is super expensive at 27euro per person for an average selection of stale food. Very disappointed.

We were never in Brussels and found it so easy to get around. Took the airport express from under the airport and locked our luggage up there so we could just carry our backpacks. The train, airport express, dropped us off at the north station and we walked straight down the street about a few blocks to the hotel. It was great fun and a great location. The room was very nice, the people were very nice also. Our biggest complaint was that on Sunday morning nothing is open for breakfast and we had to eat there. We paid $60.00 for a breakfast. It was outragous for breakfast. We can't figure out why they charge so much, but don't eat breakfast there unless you have no where else to go. If it is not on sunday there are many other places to go. A really nice bakery and coffee shop under the Sheraton right across the street is an option. $60.00 for breakfast is silly. The main square is very pretty to see at night, and it is an easy walk. The street vendors sell wonderful Belguim waffels for one euro and they are a great breakfast! Read more

We took the breakfast included deal and were glad we did as it's nice to start the day with a good breakfast, particularly when you are a tourist and are not sure of the food choices. . Ample and varied breakfast, nice room with WIFI, cable and a good shower. […] The hotel has seen a lot of VIP through the years and the history is felt throughout. My partner and I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. It's close to the centre of the city and easily reached from the train station by tram. The room was really comfortable and we would definitely recommend the breakfast buffet, which had a lovely selection of foods (including tasty Belgian waffles!). We would definitely stay here again.

We arrived for a short weekend break late on Friday afternoon. We had travelled using Eurostar and found the subway connection from Gare du Midi to virtually the doorstep of the hotel to be very convenient. We were efficiently shown to our room, which was clean and modern in its look. Free Wi-Fi access was available in our room, which was located on […] the sixth floor. Had a lovely time, check in was swift and easy, all the staff on reception were always very happy, friendly and polite whenever we needed anything. If you're a non French speaker like my other half, this was never a problem. We were pleased with our choice of this hotel. Rooms were of good quality, breakfast was excellent and the service was good. The hotel isn't far from the city centre attractions (in fact probably closer to walk then take a taxi as the route takes you 'around' the centre before dropping you off). Seems primarily to target business travellers, but also ideal for other visitors. Just across the road from the main shopping street, and about a 10 minute walk through there to the Grand Place and restaurant areas. Large car park right next to hotel (Rogier) is good; bright, clean, secure and only around €15 for 24hrs.

Great location, easy to get to from Eurostar. Walked everywhere after that. Check-in easy. Had to tell reception that items were missing from minibar, so that we weren't charged. The room itself was a good size, even with a sofa bed in it to accommodate our son. Two things which weren't great - design of shower quite dangerous, the controls are in the […] middle of the bath rather than the end and it gave you a sense of uneasyness that you may fall out. Also the A/C did not work, bearing in mind mid-Feb, cold outside but the room was so warm, also fan in bathroom didn't work. So would have been great nights sleep but unable to get comfortable because of warmth in the room. Breakfast was fine - staff very accommodating including getting some skimmed milk for me.
