Very satisfied, Overnight Parking was 13euro, which was a decent price since we also paid 13euro for only about 5 hours in City Center. We booked a room at a VERY cheap price as a special offer. The price was REALY good. I think that the hotel consists of great refurbished rooms and also rooms that are older, and with the cheap offer we got an older room. Great hotel. Having read past reviews, i thought that it would have been in a bad location, but it wasn't. There was a tram stop literally 30 seconds walk from the hotel and it brought you to the main places really. The reception staff were very helpful, knew almost everything there needed to be known. "Four Points gets my warmest recommendations"
We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was nice, big and comfortable. The hotel is situated in a very good area, a short walk of both Flagey and Chatelain. There’s plenty of restaurants and cafes on these two locations – and on the way to them. Chatelain also has a market on Wednesday, where you can pick up some very delicious fruits, food and […] wine. Regarding transport the tram stops on Avenue Louise just by the hotel. An easy way to get downtown or to the metro at Louise (a 1,2 km walk). We had the breakfast buffet one day at the hotel which was good (but can be a bit expensive). A short walk up Avenue Louise there’s a Le Pain Quotidien which offers pricy, but really good breakfast. The cheap option is the deli style kiosk just down on the corner, which haves croissants, bread, cheese, ham and so on. The one thing that struck us the most during our stay was the service level. There was a really good atmosphere all the way from cleaning lady, to bartender, to receptionist. Friendly and very professional. We reported a problem with our shower. The employee at the reception apologized, and when we came back a couple of hours later, the problem was fixed. Also we checked out during the evening and paid our remaining bill, and when we arrived in the morning the new employee at the reception knew who we were, that we had paid everything and what taxi we needed, without us having to explain anything. Min kæreste og jeg bookede dette hotel til en meget billig pris, og var derfor i tvivl om hotellets standard og kvalitet - men den frygt var der ingen grund til. Kan kun sige at vi var MEGET, glædeligt overraskede. Hotellet var i fin stand, men flot badeværelse med badekar, ren, stor seng med dobbeltdyne, mørklægningsgardiner og lille køleskab. Gut: Dusche mit Breitstrahlkopf. Gut: Kostenlos Wasser + Kaffee/Tee samt Maschine im Zimmer. Gut: Supermarkt (tägl. offen) schräg gegenüber Hotel. Frühstück: 20 bis 8 Euro. Bei einem Tag vorher buchen, kostet 20-Euro-Frühstück (= Büffet) nur 12 Euro. Teuer: Hotel-Parkhaus kostet 16 Euro am Tag.
