Situated in the heart of Brussels, NH Hotel du Grand Sablon is within walking distance of Place du Grand Sablon, Notre Dame du Sablon, and Royal Museums of Fine Arts of Belgium. Also nearby are Museum of Musical Instruments - Old England Building and Manneken Pis Statue.

A heart-shaped ring road defines Brussels’ city core, and most of its visitor attractions. Within these limits, the centre consists of two distinct halves. To the west is the Lower Town, a tangle of medieval streets centred on the Grand Place, a vast cobbled square surrounded by ornate Flemish buildings. To the east is the newer and more aristocratic Upper Town, a zone of palaces and parks, grand museums, and gothic churches.

I booked this hotel because it was on a list suggested by a small conference I was attending, surprised at the reasonable price offered by Hotels.com. The neighborhood was wonderful: great restaurants within walking distance, an antiques market in fron of the hotel on Sat & Sun, easy walking distance […] to the rest of the city, around the corner from several major museums. We visited Brussels recently for a Wedding and this hotel was ideal. The location is a short stroll from the main square and given that Brussels can be quite expensive, this seemed great value for money. Aivan ihana tasokas hotelli! Vanhan ajan fiilistä jo aulasta asti. Palvelu erittäin ystävällistä ja hyvällä englannin kielellä. Olimme varanneet superior room-luokan huoneen, ja todella kohtuu hintaan täältä Hotels.comista. Huone ei ollut huone vaan huoneisto, makuuhuone suurempi kuin normihuoneet ja lisäksi oli yhdistetty olohuone/ruokailutila. Kylpyhuone […] poreammeineen, suihkuineen ja wc-pönttöineen + toinen wc! Kaksi tv:tä, toinen olohuoneessa toinen makkarissa. Ilmastointi molemmissa huoneissa erillinen. Tällaisessa huoneessa asuisi jo isompikin perhe, meitä oli vain kaksi. Aamiainen ei kuulunut hintaan, maksoi 15 e/hlö, mutta oli hintansa arvoinen, todella monipuolinen ja paljon hedelmiä. Jokaiselle jotakin.
