I was not impressed with the room. Although it was a large room, It was not very clean. It was smelly. The pillows were very small and flat. The staff in the breakfast canteen were not very attentative. They were too busy talking around the back and considering we went for breakfast at what would be deemed a busy breakfast time, the staff didn't seem […] bothered checking whether any guests were waiting to be greeted. After waiting a few minutes I had to call around the back to get someone's attention. The cuttlery had not been replenished and what was there had not been washed properly. Although I had booked (and paid) for a Superior Room I was allocated a single (and in my opinion 'small') room. When I queried this I was given evasive answers until I produced my booking confirmation printout. More importantly the toilet was faulty - would not flush. To quote the maintenance man - 'we have a big problem here'. "Paid 2 times the same bedroom"
They asked us the credir card for warranty and althought we didn´t eat/drink/crash anything, they charged the room bill twice. When we call the hotel to ask what happend they said they didn´t charged anything even do it appears in our credit card bill the name of the hotel.
