Eridanus Art Luxury Hotel

We got the room with a view, but the room itself was tiny. The bed was very uncomfortable and the restaurant menu was limited. At least the staff was very helpful and the hotel was very clean.

We had a junior suite that was more than enough room for the 3 of us. It also was nice that there were two separate sleeping areas because it allowed all of us a little extra room. Upon arriving to the hotel we were met with refreshing juice and the extra service continued through our stay. The roof top bar and restaurant is a must! The view from it […] is superb! The surrounding area is up and coming so while it wasn't the greatest neighborhood we never felt unsafe. Close to restaurants, cafes, and the sites. Also, the contemporary decor is very nice. The Eridanus hotel is 5 minute walk from Kerameikos metro station through the rough area, graffiti covered abandoned buildings. Surrounding area is not very pretty, but it did not feel unsafe to walk. The hotel is not the 5* you would normally expect in the UK. Our room was on the first floor and had a strong smell of paint that we had to open our window […] each time we were in. However the room was spacious and bathroom had a bath tub as well as a separate shower. Me and my friend prefer showers, so after having one the bathroom floor was flooded and it was impossible to walk as water was everywhere making floor slippery. Breakfast was standard continental, cereals, ham/cheese, and pastries. Hotel staff is great, very friendly, understanding and helpful. I would not probably stay in this hotel again as it is a little bit remote from Monastiraki square where all the action is. Read more

We stayed only 1 night at this hotel but it was really nice, it's walking distance from the acropolis, plaka and monastiraki square. It was very clean and the staff was very helpful and nice.

We partly chose the hotel because it said in hotels.com information that they have a rooftop terrace with an Acropolis view. It turned out they were still building the terrace and it wasn't in use yet. Also, our room was designed in a weird way - the shower was in the toilet etc. The staff in the hotel was friendly, though, and breakfast was ok.

Εμεινα 2 μερες στο ERIDANUS.Μπορω να πω οτι εμεινα αρκετα ευχαριστημενος απο τη διαμονη.Αρκετα καθαρο (μονο οι πετσετες δεν μυριζαν ωραια) και σε αρκετα καλο σημειο (10 λεπτα απο μοναστηρακι),θα ξαναπηγαινα ανετα ειδικα με μια τετοια προσφορα απο το HOTELS.COM.

Hotel ist schon ein wenig abgriffen (Parkett, Teppiche etc.) Bad durch die Rutschhemmung des Marmors nicht mehr richtig sauber - Straße sehr laut - Parkplatz hinter dem Haus kein direkter Zugang zum Hotel um Tor zu öffnen muss man teure Handy Telefonate zur Rezeption führen.
