"Not ready for foreign visitors"
This stay, coupled with another experience with the Holiday Inn Express, makes me wonder about the readiness of the hotel to handle foreign visitors. First, the hotel did not have any electrical plug adaptors and I spent nearly two looking around stores and shopping centers in the area before I finally found one! Also, the High Speed Internet in the […] rooms comes at a price (6 GBP) and it is not high speed at all, making work that much slower. The front desk was not helpful at all nor did they even try to be helpful. Truly, a very disappointing experience. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Dirty workwear and muddy boots in Hotel"

Management should be enforcing hygiene rules. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
