The duty manager was fantastic; extremely friendly, knowledgable and helpful. They set you up with breakfast and really leave no convenience "unturned." Rooms, kitchen and bathroom all very clean. Great private parking off street with great access to hotel. About a 5-10 minute walk to the Edinburgh castle and the Royal Mile at a leisurely pace. Very clean, roomy, and comfortable, and the staff are amazing! It is only about 3 blocks to grass market, a little farther to the Castle. Taxis are cheap and the front desk can have one to you within a minute or two at the most. A great place to stay.

They have thought of everything to make your little flat feel like home for your stay in Edinburgh. Our family group of 7 rented 2 2br- able to make breakfast (market right down the street open late), have room to spread out. Apts clean and well-stocked, even washer/dryer. Fairly close to castle, grassmarket area. They even have DVDs, books available. A great stay.

The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, even allowing us to check in slightly early after arriving in the morning from the US. The rooms themselves were adequate if slightly small, but very clean and very comfortable. The kitchen had a washer/dryer and dishwasher, and […] with a Sainsbury's around the corner it was a breeze to stock up on food. Edinburgh itself was surprisingly walkable from the residence - we made it to the castle in about 30 mins with a one-year old in a stroller and a three-year old on foot! The staff was wonderful. Showed us to our room and showed us how to work everything. The location was great (5-10 minute walk from Castle and Royal Mile. Parking in secure lot was 6 pounds a day which is a great deal. Room and 2 bedrooms and a cot (crib) was already in one of the rooms upon arrival b/c a i called ahead. A fantastic serviced apartment steps from The Grassmarket and Royal Mile. All the comforts of home and a very friendly and helpful staff ensured a great visit to Edinburgh. The only drawback was that we had walk past two or three strip joints to go anywhere - however, even these were reasonably discrete and didn't interfere with our journeys.

Location is spot on, only a few minutes walk away you can see the breathtaking view of Edinburgh Castle. In terms of shopping everything is nearby. We had Sainsbury Local just a few minutes away plus a few takeaways including most importantly Halal food. Be-aware of the strip clubs within the close proximity of the apartments. The customer service was outstanding. We loved the apartment with the convenience of a kitchen, breakfast in our PJs etc. Enjoyed spending our time in the Old Town. Beware of the strip clubs on both corners when returning with children late at night.

Supert sted å bo for en familie:) Frokostkurv ved ankomst var veldig bra! God beliggenhet med gå avstand til det meste og kort vei til gamlebyen. Minus- strippebarer på hvert hjørne. Lun og god leilighet med rask oppvarming ved behov. Jeg kommer gjerne igjen og bor her.

Ett mycket välskött lägenhetshotell som ligger mycket bra till i den gamla delen av Edinburgh. Personlig service och mycket välstädat och fint. Kort sagt är vi mycket nöjda, återvänder gärna och det enda lilla minuset är lite oväsen nattetid, men det får man kanske ta med detta läget.
