"Not satisfied"
The thing that made most unsatisfied was the extra charge for parking on top of what we had already paid for the room. This was never advertised, all it said was parking available. Slight dispute when first arrived and about payment, told the receptionist money already taken by hotels.com and she kept telling me not the case and would be taken at the […] end of the stay, eventually asked someone who agreed with us. Asked for extra coffee as only one in the room but that was taken away by chamber maids during the next day. With all this ruined the stay for us.
