The 4 star Radisson Blu hotel hotel is located within a 39-storey iconic glass tower in the city centre and only 5 mins walk from New Street Station, the Bullring, the Mailbox, the Hippodrome, Acradian and Hurst Street. ICC, Brindley Place and Broad Street are just 10 mins walk. A public car park (surcharge) is next to the hotel.

The hotel offers a stylish lounge bar on the ground floor. The first floor hosts the award winning Italian Filini Restaurant which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Located on the 18th floor is the gym and spa with sauna and treatment rooms.

Hotel is in a good location. Check in staff very pleasant and quick. Room was nice but decor a little tired but had everything you need. Great views, would have prefered to stay on a higher floor but nothing available. The view from the gym was great, bit dissapointed sauna was out of order as this was one of the attractions to the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is heading towards its 10th anniversary and the decor of the room we stayed in was beginning to look dated. The hotel was really nice but unfortunately the jaccuzzi was out of order and as I was there to relax I was looking forward to it but didn't find out until I got there! The mains in the bed room were all unplugged under furniture that was difficult to spot and there was no hair dryer so i had to call for one whilst trying to get ready - these are things […] I would have expected the chamber maids to have checked and put right before I arrived. "Two nights three days"
The Radisson Blu is a conveniently placed hotel close to many of the attractions that will like to see or visit while you visit Birmingham and very easily accessed either by car or train. On first approach, I was slightly disappointed with the hotel's exterior, as it looked so magnificent in the night photos but less so in reality. Though I was pleasantly […] surprised with the room decor as it was spacious, clean and offered a view over Birmingham. Oh and the bed was extremely comfortable, had great nights of relaxed sleep: in fact two of the best I've had in a long time. The reception staff were very friendly and if there was anything that I can quibble about, it would be the room service. Breakfast was included in my stay and as my partner and I chose to have a lazy morning we had it delivered up on request from the night before. Our food arrived on time, with almost all of what we ordered:- hash browns were apparently not able to be sent to rooms but we were given no phone call or update that that would be subsituted for another potatoe addition as we may have decided to go down to the breakfast floor instead. Our tea arrived colder than room temperature and we had no condiments to accompany out meal. A quick call made sure that the condiments were brought up but by the time it arrived our meal was cold and less enjoyable. As for the tea we ended up making our own again. We did not try breakfast on the second morning as a result and went into town instead. Overall the hotel was pleasant to stay in and scores highly for convenience of location. Very clean, well equipped hotel, bar lacked atmosphere so we went elsewhere although the prices were equal to pub prices in the main. Room was very comfortable and clean. "Great saty minus a few hiccups"
Me and my fiance stayed at this hotel recently and had a great time, the location is perfect and close to all local attractions. The room was great with lots of space and a great veiw of the city. I made a request before i stayed to be placed on a high floor and was placed on the 13th floor wich was more than suitable as there 18 floors. When we arriveed […] the door handle fell of the bathroom door, we called reception and to compensate for this we were given a free upgrade to a continetal brekfast each.
