This hotel is not fancy, but it is clean and comfortable and the price is verz good. It is a five to ten minute walk to the train and tram station, and there are numerous shops and places to eat in between. The staff is also friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that on both Friday and Saturday night they had loud parties in their dining room, […] and on the latter the party went to almost one am and could be heard easily even though I had a room in a distant corner of the hotel. The staff were nice enough especially at the front desk. The room was smaller than I expected but I believe it to be the normal size for the U.K. Food wise there was not much around except a few take out places and no real restaurants so we ended up having to eat at the hotel. The hotel was easy to find, and it was very close to all attractions in Manchester. I was there for 3 nights, and I found the room to be comfortable for my needs.
