"Basic room very noisy, multiple wedding parties"

"Poor experience"
Stayed for just 1 night, but had a horrible experience sleeping in the night. I could literally hear everything from the next room..not sure if the walls existed at all ! Finally had to call reception to calm the next room down. I wudn't stay again...Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"One to avoid on a Friday or Saturday Night"
Really quite disappointed by our visit. On arrival at 10pm group of people drinking and smoking outside reception (possibly from the bar/nightclub in the hotel) quite rowdy. Reception itself was quite smart along with the communal areas of the hotel however the room which was tiny was really dated. The door to the bathroom would not stay shut and the […] lock didn't work, so somewhat lacking in privacy! Increadibly noisy from the hotel nightclub after kicking out time (we stayed Friday and Saturday nights). Perhaps this is a hotel to choose if you want inbuilt nightclub entertainment and you don't need sleep. "Room 109 - Noisy fan and in need of a clean"
Lets start with the positives - the bed linen was clean and the bed was comfortable. Similar for the towels. Now the negatives - the room is very small and looking shabby, with cobwebs at the time of the stay presentin front of the window in three places. The net curtains are stained and the sealant around the window is black with mould. This is repeated […] in the bathroom where the shower curtain is stained, the ceiling water paper is peeling and tiles are in need of a good clean. The worst thing about the room though was the large extract fan that is located just outside the window which you need to keep open to stay cool is sufficiently noisy to prevent a good night sleep. All in even though the price was good, the room was not up to what I expect of a 3 star and western hotel reputation. Wish I had looked around a bit more, though if all you want is a clean bed, on a budge and chosen one of the other hotels or B&B's However if all you want is a clean bed on a budget and you have some earplugs this could be the place for you.
