Some staff aren't really that friendly and some staff are just fine. As far as customer service is just fair. Lost some of my items when i checked out but it wasn't even retrieved. Another fantastic stay at the Future Inns Bristol. I can highly recommend this hotel. The location is fantastic only a few steps from Cabot Circus. Located at one of the entrances to Cabot Circus this 'no frills' hotel is perfect for shopping trips. The rooms are large and the beds extremely comfortable, but the loo in my bathroom was badly stained and had obviously not been 'deep cleaned' in the recent past. Staff very helpful and the room was spotless and comfortable. It was an added bonus to get an extra night free!!! A clean, competitively priced and very conveniently located hotel for a city break in Bristol. Large attractive rooms. Only 2 issues: there were 3 lifts and most of the time only 1 was working so I was glad to be on a low floor! This hotel is in a great location opposite Cabot Circus and our room was very clean and well presented. The only grumble was that as we had booked a larger room for 3 adults but with the sofa bed out you couldnt really open the wardrobe or access the table. Great location, 15 mins walk from Temple Meads train station. the hotel is directly opposite Cabot Circus shopping centre with cinema and bars/restaurants. Very convenient for girlie weekend shopping. Great airconditioning as it was a balmy few days in July. Only quibble was the beds were too soft. I need a firmer mattress. Housekeeping called too early […] to tidy the room. After 11 or 12pm is time enough. Also, should have asked for a room away from the lift lobby. Too much noise one night when other guests paid a visit to the vending machines just outside our door. We didnt eat at the restaurant so I cant comment on the food service.
