I regularly stay at this hotel because of the proximity to the office. My only gripe over the excellent rating that I give it in the past, has been the shower pressure and toilet flush. "Dirty"
The room was a good size & great location, however, the room was dirty, the sheets & pillows were very smelly & I had to cover with a towel. I ordered room service at 8pm by 9.30 I still hadn't got my food, I rang down & they explained they'd not written my room number down, by then it was too late to eat, in all a very disappointing stay!Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Nice hotel, close to shops!"
Nothing wrong with this hotel at all - in fact its a nice, comfortable hotel. No bath in the room but a nice big power shower. Reception staff were pleasant and good to have car park free. V close to shops too, which incidentally are open until about 8.00 at night!!Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Standards are dropping"

"Great Hotel, close to city centre"
The hotel was fantastic - city centre and literally across the road from Cabot Circus. Perfect for food and shopping.The staff were courteous and polite. Parking was easy - there is a drop off area, then you need to relocate your car in the Cabot Circus parking - the hotel will authorise your parking so you can exit without charge.The room was modern, […] fresh and clean. The only gripes 1) There was a wedding party on - the music blared well into the night. Eventually got off to sleep and had to deal with undressed revellers in the morning (glad we didn't have our kids with us) and 2) The evening meal was not really worth the cost. The breakfast was excellent - but my tip is go into Cabot Circus for food in an evening - far cheaper and better value. Would I stay there again - yes, without doubt. "Fantastic stay"
Our overall view of our stay at the Future Inn was amazing, close to amenities, shops, bars, restaurants, the centre of the city with all of it's points of interest! We slept in perhaps the biggest bed I have ever seen, which was a pure luxury in itself, with plenty of space in the room for our belongings. The tea/coffee facilities were basic and our […] shower cubicle wasn't as clean as I would've hoped compared to the excellent standard of everything else! The surrounding area of the hotel (especially at the rear was a little intimidating due to the young people using the area as a make shift football pitch, but this would've made me feel a little uneasy if I had stayed on my own. However, the staff were polite and professional and our check in and out was far swifter than anything I have ever experienced. The parking system too was great.
