No complaints per sae, but we did request a room change as the room we were given with a veranda was littered with cigarette butts, pretty poor considering... it is a no smoking Hotel , so I guess people smoke on the veranda and just dump the butts, still no excuses for the house staff not to clean up. also the original room had strobe effect lighting as some of the lights were playing up,again this should have been sorted. Anyway, a new room was arranged and the four night stay was quite good overall. very convenient all-round. by Ian H from Brisbane Australia on 01/12/12

Delightful situation alongside the quay. Larger and more pretentious hotels could learn something from this one. Our satisfaction with the staff and the room was in spades!
