Upon arrival I was put in the absolute furthest room in the hotel which involved climbing many stairs with no offer of assistance with my luggage. The room then turned out to be right next to a suburban train track which rattled the room every five minutes. After request, I was however immediately moved to another room. The rooms are nice and clean […] although a bit dark. The breakfast is terrible and overpriced. The bar and lounge area had nice service however. Surrounding town is lovely! "Beware of weddimgs"
Our stay was generally comfortable, but the restaurant was closed due to weddings on Friday and Saturday. This meant we had to go out into Harpenden for a meal, just try parking in Harpenden!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Needs some updating"
