We thought the hotel reception area was out of the Ark and the bedroom was also old fashioned but the dining room was modern with very nice decor. The rooms throughout the hotel were not warm enough and there was an overall aroma of oriental food which we do not like . Max the owner is a one man band , who tries very hard to make your stay as comfortable as possible . The hotel is a simple resort b&b with nothing fancy just adequate for a short stay . The owner was very welcoming and helpful. The rooms were clean and tidy. Its just a short walk away from the front and we had a great meal out at The Office. We had booked 2 rooms Nos 2 and 10. We arrived Saturday for the Easter Break staying for one night only. The hotel had a nice and welcoming feel. The owner greeted us at Reception and made us feel very welcome. The Double En Suite room was very clean, the bed comfortable and the full breakfast was plentiful, everying was just right for our stay.
