We had booked a delux room for our wedding anniversary and I have to say I was disappointed with the room we were originally given as I cant say there... was anything delux about it however on returning to reception the staff were very helpfull and nice and found us a much nicer room. we had dinner included in our package which I have to say was lovely and all 3 courses were included although we had to pay extra for vegetables???? Stayed with my partner in Dec 2011 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The restaurant only opened in the evening and was a little dated but the service was great. The bar area served food throughout and is where we purchased our lunch, a little more like a Weather spoons to be honest.. Food was great but some of the staff were a bit slow. Loved the grounds […] and spa facilities and the beauty parlour was a good price. Would definitely stay again. Read more
