"Great location, exceptional value"
Lovely hotel, located within a 15/20 minute walk into Darlington town centre and close to A1. Well equiped rooms, although carpets could do with a clean. Another slight bug-bare is that rooms are serviced daily and there doesn't appear to be a "do not disturb/ clean" option. "Fine for overnight stay"
