"Disappointed"
Expected so much more from this hotel. Room extremely hot and uncomfortable - window locked shut and catch broken. Ordered 2 morning newspapers - none arrived! Grapefruit juice fermenting at breakfast time. Verbal apology from waitress. Have been more comfortable in Travelodges and paid only one third of this price.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
