"Great for staying the night before flying"
I love the Premiere Inn hotel chain. Unfortunately, there are 2 Premiere Inn hotels on Bath Rd by Heathrow Airport and I booked the wrong one, this one. It's smaller and older than the other PI hotel but the rooms are spacious and clean. Beds are comfy with extra pillows. Rooms have a hairdryer and tea service. The front desk chap was very distracted […] during my check-in -- on the phone and walkie talkie while trying to check me in. The hotel staff and coffee shop staff were lovely and kind and very accommodating. Overall, a great place to stay if flying out of Terminal 5. Book the other one if flying out of Terminals 1-3. "'Heathrow Airport T5' - Not Really"
I was flying out of Heathrow T5 early Friday morning so stayed here after flying down from Edinburgh Thursday evening. I thought it would be a convenient place - however, after spending £20 on a taxi to get from T5 to the hotel I can assure you it is not that convenient at all! The morning journey by a free bus was fine but it is a packed bus and so […] with a big bag was not that comfortable. "Waste of money"
This hotel is almost completely lacking in services. They don't even do wake-up calls, which is utterly ridiculous for a hotel by the airport. "Perfect for overnight if your using Terminal 5."
