Good overnight. the hotel staff was helpful when my wife had trouble sleeping with the comforter (too warm). It was quiet especially considering that it was close to the take off flight path. We walked about 5 minumtes to a very old English pub and had a good dinner and ale.

Save your money and take the free city bus from Terminal 5 directly to the front door of the Premier Inn. It's the second stop on bus line 423.

Very nice hotel. Fast check-in. The room was very modern and clean. Has a nice breakfast for a nonminal cost. A free city bus takes you from in front of the hotel to the airport and vis-versa. I think it is bus 423

One of the cleanest hotels I've stayed at. Everything was just right. I do think the front desk employees should provide all the information they can on the HOPPA bus shuttle, without you asking numerous questions first.

Probably the best value among Heathrow hotels for our type of one-night layover, but the Hotel Hoppa bus requirement from LHR to any of these hotels is a major drag: a complicated, multi-route, sparsely scheduled (every 40 minutes!!), over-priced, white-knuckle drag just to go a few miles between LHR and the surrounding neighborhood. No Hoppas run from […] this Premier back to Terminal 4, so you must cross the street to get the N51 (one of about 10 different Hoppas) from the Thistle. The Premier staff is helpful with Hoppa info. Restricted TV settings prohibited programming for a wake-up, so we called the desk and were told...we should program our TV. Advised the receptionist of the TV issue and he agreed to call us at 06:00; the call (and an apology) came at 06:35. Still, Premier runs a very good show, the rooms were spotless and new, and the staff was cheerful. Read more

Stayed for one night visiting friends and family in London on a stopover through LHR. Hotel was amazing for the money - very easy T5 access (bus right outside hotel to T5), very very clean place and surprisingly zero airport noise from rooms. Fully recommend this to anyone who wants simple, no hassle short stay.

Drove rental car to hotel to check-in / drop off bags. No parking fee, which for London or the UK is amazing! Carpark security very friendly saying to take our time to get checked in. Hotel very close to rental car drop off. Got rental car bus to take us to T5 from where I thought we could get the free bus to the hotel. But everyone points you to the […] Hotel Hoppa (4.50 pound charge for 1way). Same with leaving hotel in morning. With the amount of luggage, we were "forced" to take the hotel hoppa. So just beware if you had fancied taking the free bus service everyone is talking about versus the hotel hoppa service. This is a great little hotel, but what everyone should know is there aren't really any hotels on airport property. They all require a bus ride. But the most important realization is that Terminal 5 is in the middle of nowhere and a long way from any other terminal. Therefore the Premier Inn is not onside. The next thing to know is the 423 bus is a FREE […] ride to and from Terminal 5. You don't need to pay for the overpriced H shuttles. Just hop on and pay attention to your stop. From Heathrow the Premier in will appear on the left once you're on Bay Road. Watch for the White Horse Pub as your marker that you're getting close. Nice, clean and relatively quiet (given the proximity of runways), good bus services both to T5 and T1-3 (there is even a free city bus to T5), be aware that buses go only twice every hour. Good value for the money, a restaurant, coffee shop and bar are a plus. If you need to stay overnight to catch a flight from LHR this is a perfect place.

Very happy with the hotel overall ( five stars). BUT TRAVELLERS BE CAREFUL, THERE ARE TWO LOCATIONS WITH THE SAME NAME. The cab or bus will take you to another location ( few miles apart) and you will end up paying double for the cab. Here is a suggestion: For this particular location 420 Bath Road, take the the Heathrow Express train to terminal five, […] come out and take bus 423 and this will take you to the hotel in 5-10 minutes and it is free. We ended up at the different site and had to pay the cab again to take us to the right hotel. BE CAREFUL there are two PREMIUM INN HEATHROW hotels, both close to the airport but different addresses. There are 2 buses that are offered to get to the hotel from the airport. The 423 is free and drops you right in front on the hotel. the other bus you pay for and it drops you in front of the hotel door. Not much of a difference at all. Overall nice hotel and good location.

The hotel was only 15 minutes from Heathrow Airport but does not offer free shuttle bus service to the airport. Shuttle buses run every 15-20 minutes to/from different terminals so we did not wait more than 15minutes. Be aware that there is a fee for the shuttle bus service of 4.50 pounds per person one way or 8 pounds per person round trip. The hotel is 5 mins on the 423 public bus to the terminal, hotel is clean and new if basic compared to higher end places. Staff are friendly and helpful and the restuarant/bar area is great for easy access to a decent meal the night before a flight. We ll stop here again when back in the UK before or after a long flight.

The hotel was spotless and in a great location next to Heathrow. The problem is that there are THREE(3) Premier Inns in the area, so you better be sure you know which one you are going to! There is a free perimeter bus at Heathrow that will take you right to the hotel. We stayed one night between flights and were very pleased with this hotel. We would stay there again. We had an issue with the hoppa bus as the driver was not informative and despite showing him our confirmation and which hotel, he didn't tell us there was another Premier Inn just down the road. He let us out at the wrong one :( However, hoppa bus has […] nothing to do with this hotel chain yet, the other Premier Inn was kind enough to solve our problem and helped us to this hotel so all worked out fine in the end. Check with this hotel for the correct hoppa bus number and make sure you clarify the address with the driver ... or find the city bus that goes right past the door from T5. Returning to the airport we took the local bus, # 423, which was no charge and only 2 or 3 stops from the hotel. This hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable -- exactly what we needed for the overnight break from our travels. If you can't find a decent, reasonable hotel download London, this one is for you. Hotel is very clean and in a nice neighborhood. Staff is very nice and courteous. Breakfast is great and kids eat free. You can take the bus to Heathrow Term 5 for free and use the tube to go downtown. This hotel is a couple stops from Heathrow terminal 5 on the 423 local bus. After hauling luggage through the airport it was very nice to find the hotel so quickly. Check in is convenient. Stranded in London one extra night after we checked out of the DUMPY Kensington Close Hotel and to the Premier Inn was simply night and day! Service in the restaurant was quite slow and disorganized though we were there quite late (after 9 p.m.) but food was perfectly creditable. I had just an overnight stay. My room including the bathroom was absolutely spotless. The bed was very comfortable and appeared to be brand new. The bedding, sheets and towels were exceptional. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. There is a Costa coffee shop in the building. Also a menu in the room for you to order room service.
