A major international flight hub, Heathrow's four terminals are connected to central London by train and Underground services. The Heathrow Express speeds into Paddington Station in 15 minutes. The Underground’s Piccadilly line is cheaper (but slower), stopping at stations including Earl’s Court, Green Park, Leicester Square and Kings Cross. Coaches run to destinations throughout the UK.

The staff were wonderful, but unfortunately while they guarantee a good night's sleep, I didn't get one. The water pipes made banging noises, that I can only guess is some type of design problem (I can't imagine it's a maintenance issue). So that every time someone in a nearby room turned water on or off or whatever, there was a fairly loud banging […] sound. It made getting to sleep impossible until near midnight when evidently most everyone had gone to sleep. The sound proofing for noise in the hall was nonexistent and unfortunately with no way to run a fan in the room to cover up nearby noise, you were at the mercy of the goodness of those walking by your room. In fact, there's no way to adjust for room temperature at all in this hotel and since bed's come equipped with a duvet and nothing else, if the room temp isn't just right for you to sleep, you can't adjust by covering with only a sheet or just a sheet and blanket and no comforter. There are no ice machines in the building, although a staff member was nice enough to go into the kitchen and get me some ice. I stayed at the other Premier Inn in the area earlier in the month and found it much nicer and would recommend it over this one. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Claustrophobia"
This hotel had a very busy feel to it, and overall, it was not a pleasant stay. What I objected most to, however, was the 4.50 pounds I had to pay for the transfer from the airport to the hotel. When we booked an airport hotel, we naturally assumed that there would not be any local transportation costs, but we were wrong. I think this should be clearly […] indicated when booking an airport hotel. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Near airport"
Beds were uncomfortable. Request for service from hotel required me to come down to desk from 4th floor. Room was cold all night and I could not get the temperature up. Wife didn't like it at all. Restaurant was very good for dinner, breakfast was blah.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Showed my confirmation receipt to the hotel desk at the airport, and they directed me to a bus that took me to within a long walking distance (in the rain!) of the WRONG hotel--the address is misleading, it includes 'Bath Road'. Got to the Bath Road Premier Inn, and was told I had a long walk back to the bus stop, then another bus to go to the correct […] Premier Inn, the terminal 5 hotel. So anyhow, it took about 90 minutes to get to the right hotel. Check in people were nice, but there was little explanation, and no instructions in the room as to how to call the front desk, or since there was no clock in the room,or no wake up calls, how to set an alarm on the television, and other eccentric details. During the night sleep was disturbed by an older and lumpy mattress, and unexplained loud clicking noises, and the lack of ventilation--the fan seemed to stop working during the wee hours. "Shambles"
At check-in they didn't have my details so I had to wait half an hour for reception to contact hotels. I purchased a meal deal ticket but as there was currently no room assigned to me they struggled with this in the restaurant. In fact there was no space so I ate in the bar. Half an hour queue at the bar to order and to top it off I waited an age for […] dessert to arrive. Rooms are fine. Hotel is useful for Hearhrow. "NOISE"
Noise! Air con extract fan would not stop when lights off. Had to open MCB switch to stop it. Room walls seem to be wafer thin - noise! All room doors have loud "clack" sound when falling closed. So, clack clack clack at 3 am. Wife was absolutely fuming in morning - no good! Radisson was more expensive but it was quiet!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Too hot for comfort."
Because we arrived very late at the hotel we were very tired and just wanted to go to bed and sleep. It had taken us a long time to find the hotel as there were no signs. The room we were allocated was extremely hot as the air con was pumping out heat. We phoned reception and said that we couldn't turn the heat off. They sent someone up to the room […] who couldn't turn it of either. He said he would turn it off from downstairs. By now we had been in the room for at least 20 minutes. The heat was turned off 10 minutes later, but after one or 2 minutes it came back on. We again phoned reception and they said they would give us another room. This, they did, but as a result we could only unpack and get ready for bed about three quarters of an hour after we arrived and the time was about 1.30am. We had to be up early to catch a flight. Overall a very disappointing stay. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Only if you are desperate"
Booked hotel for overnight stay close to airport - however ended up at wrong place as there are 2 Premier Inns - hoppa from Terminal 3 does not take you to this place, you have to take it from terminal 5 only. Had a long queue for check-in at 11 in the night when got to the right place so made it worse.. Room was clean with basic essentials.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Noisy night"
This is a good hotel however our stay was spoilt by 'out of control' guests who were allowed to run wild throughout the hotel making a lot of noise. We tried to contact the front desk for over 30 minutes to get their assistance however - no reply, they didn't answer the phone. We had an early flight next day and got very little sleep before our journey. […] Shame the hotel didn't do anything about this group of youngsters as it could have been a good stay. Minor problems in the room e.g. no soap in soap dispenser and very noisy air conditioning system. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
The first night of our stay, was very disappointing, as there was a large group of of kids staying at the hotel for a rugby tournament the following day. They ran riot in the hotel, with no control or supervision from parents, who simply gathered in the bar until very late, drinking the night away. What I did find most upsetting was that staff had no […] control over the situation. Further, I needed an extra blanket in my room, as my 2 year old son and wife were sharing the one provided., I went to reception, and firstly complained about the noise and kids running through our floor and knocking on doors (it was near 10:00pm at this point), and to request another blanket. The kids eventually wore themselves out and went to sleep, but I never received my blanket, and had to sleep with a towel for warmth. I had made several calls to reception to try and get the blanket, but there was no answer. I will note, that things were back to normal the following nigfht, as the kids and there 'parents' checked out that morning. I was offered a full refund on my room the first night as part of there guarantee. also, I did rather enjoy the restaurant, and felt the food was good. Having the fully functioning Costa Coffe was also nice. The staff was very pleasent, but they really let themselves down that first night. I have stayed at the Premier Inn numerous times, and will likely use them again, but hope that my situation was merely a one-off. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Not at terminal 5"
The hotel is not located as stated on terminal 5, but rather 20 quid away by taxi or 20 minutes by shuttle for 4,50. If you are searching for a hotel at terminal 5' instead choose the only choice Sofitel.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"分かりづらい"
徹底的に無駄を省いたホテルで、空港近くの前後泊の宿泊先としては十分。 チェックイン時に渡される部屋番号などを書いた紙の印字文字が小さすぎて読みにくいのは難点。 また、空港周辺に同系列のホテルが多数あり、空港で乗ったタクシーの運転手も迷い、通常の3倍以上の時間がかかった。外に、細かい部分のホテル名表示がなく、到着しても正しいのか不安。Genuine Expedia guest review
