We did not expect much from this hotel, given the cheap price, but were pleasantly surprised. The staff were exceptionally friendly & helpful. The room was basic but clean & comfy. We booked the Hotel over the phone after reading the Hotel description on this site We had three main criteria for booking the hotel 1st was accessibility to tube or train this was brilliant as the train station is just across the road. The 2nd criteria was Free parking what the site didn’t mention was you can only park for 2 hours after which you will […] be towed away, the nearest public car park was a good 20minutes walk away. The 3rd criteria was it had to be Family friendly. It wasn’t the hotel is attached to a lively and loud pub. This is fine if that’s what you want but it wasn’t. We called the operating company but they were no help at all and failed on all counts. The hotel it’s self was relatively clean but everything felt damp from the bed to the carpets to the towels, the noise from the road kept us awake most of the night and despite offering bed and breakfast we were told on arrival they didn’t do breakfast. The hotel was clean but I would call it a Hostel not a hotel as you share the shower / bathroom and toilet with other guests and no restaurant nor breakfast apart from a communal kitchen for guests to do their own food which you have to label as your own. This is more of a hostel than a hotel. it's Ok for a night for those on a budget. Other than that I can't recommend it. It was noisey, there was mould growing in the en suite bath room which stank. there was graffiti on the window, the TV remote did not work, But the bed was comfy and the room was clean.

This is the WORST place we have EVER stayed in....the room stank, overwhelmingly, there was NO window in our room, just a shute leading from the upstairs, roofing!! The room smelt of mould, damp and general staleness and uncleanliness. The reception bloke we nicknamed 'Chuckles' as he is not the warmest or most welcoming. We were woken at 6am by what […] seemed to be twenty people above us running around and jumping. We COULDN'T wait to get out of there....we could still smell the place on our cloths as we were driving away. Disgusting bedding, disgusting place, .... and we paid over £50.00 for this privilege!! For the sake of an extra tenner you can stay at the holiday inn or something similar and it would be worth every single penny to spend it, believe us!!!! We were really looking forward to our night away and thank god we had an event to attend on the evening and sank much beer to be oblivious to the dumpster that we were returning to!! However, in the morning the reality hit and we just got up and out of there. If your reading this review prior to booking, do yourselves a massive favour and just keep searching for somewhere else to stay. It's not even worth staying here for £5.00 a night..... :( Read more

La chambre contient le nécessaire mais le prix est élevé pour peu de confort : les toilettes et SDB sont sur le pallier par exple ça peut faire la différence... Pas de petit déjeuner non plus mais bouilloire avec thé et café soluble à disposition. Quant aux environs, vous verrez surtout des maisons et un grand axe passe au pied de l'hôtel, la chambre […] reste tout de même suffisament silencieuse les fenêtres fermées. Le centre de Londres à 45 min en bus et il n'y a qu'une ligne directe. Et l'O2 Arena à 40 min de marche environ pour vous donner une idée... Plutôt isolé donc. En résummé un hôtel plutôt basique, plutôt propore (si on n'est pas maniaque non plus) mais que je conseillerai plus pour les visiteurs de quelques jours. Read more

jeg ble noget overrasket da jeg ankom til hotellet. jeg havde fået lovning på et rum med det samme men fik at vide at jeg først kunne få mit værelse klokken 14. nu var klokken kun ni om morgenen så jeg blev lidt stødt og sagde at det kunne de ikke være bekendt. de undskyldte mange gange og tilbød mig et værelse uden bad og toilet som jeg sagde ja tak […] til. de var dog så flinke at give mig nedslag i prisen.
