Huone oli todella pieni. Suihkun lämpötilan säädin oli jäänyt jumiin ja sieltä tuli vain polttavan kuumaa vettä. Vasta kolmannen kerran asiasta ilmoitettuamme hotellivirkailija tuli voimalla vääntämään sen toiseen asentoon, vaikka olivat mm. luvanneet että putkimies tulee sen korjaamaan. Vain yksi peitto kapeassa parisängyssä. Kysyimme toista peittoa, […] mutta ilmeisesti sitä ei löytynyt koska virkailijat eivät ilmoittaneet mitään, lupasivat kyllä katsoa jos sellainen löytyisi. Oven avausnuppi oli irti mennessämme sinne eikä sitä korjattu koko kolmen päivän vierailumme aikana, vaikka ilmoitimme siitä heti ja henkilökunta kävi paikalla toteamassa tilanteen. Sijainti oli hyvä lähellä Paddingtonin asemaa. Henkilökunta oli kyllä ystävällistä, mutta ei aikaansaavaa. Hinta/laatusuhde ei kohdallaan. Read more

Minsta rummet jag någonsin sett och lite fläckar på handdukarna. Annars var det ett helt ok ställe att bo på, man får verkligen vad man betalar för i London. ABC låg mycket nära Paddington-station och där ifrån gick både tåg och tunnelbana mycket bra. Frukost ingick och den var också helt ok.
