"A vey nice hotel"
The room was very small, but that is not unusual for Europe. It was modern and clean. The breakfast was a great way to start a day is site seeing. It was very convenient to the Piccadilly line and HeathrowGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great place in a great spot"
Situated just a block from a major hub of the London Underground, this hotel is clean, modern and extremely pleasing. The staff was helpful and the rooms were kept immaculate. My only complaint is that the beds are just so darned small. However, space in a city like London is at a premium and there may be other rooms in the hotel with larger beds. I […] enjoyed my stay very much and hope to patron it again. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"A gem in Earls Court"
This hotel was a great discovery and I plan to go back. A small but modern and beautiful room; a quiet location; convenient to central London and Heathrow Airport--all at an excellent price by London standards. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good, too. What more can you ask?Genuine Expedia guest review
"Hotel stay during the Olympics"
I stayed at the Boltons during the Olympics. Couldn't beat the location. Earl's Court was a half a block away. The staff were always pleasant and very helpful. I reserved a single - my room (210) was very clean but kinda reminded me of my old college dorm. Being petite, the room fit my needs. However, I believe an average sized person would find the […] room a bit cramped. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would stay there again. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Close to Earl's Court tube station"
The hotel, which looks newly refurbished, is conveniently located near Earl's Court tube station, but parking is minimal. You can park on the street at night from 10:00pm until 8:30 am, but the rest of the time it is resident parking only. Apparently there are some paying spaces, but we have not used them. As London was the last stop of a longer trip, […] we just returned the rental car when we got there and used public transportation instead. The room was clean, but rather small, and judging from the fire evacuation map, we got the largest one in the hotel! There was not much space to open up two suitcases, unless one puts them on the beds. But we were there for the night only, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom, with a shower, was inside the room. They have Wifi in the room and a computer with Internet access in the lobby. Breakfast is offered, but it was not included on the room price. "Bolten Hotel by Best Western"
The service at the reception desk was not very good. They weren't rude, but short, and acted as though my request for directions was a bother. They even asked me to come to the reception desk to pick up an iron. My room was too small, and I had a view of bricks. I will not stay at the Bolten by Western again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Best Western Boltons Hotel -Convenient Location"
I must admit at first I was a little weary about my choice of this hotel, but I was pleasantly surprised. I booked a single room but got a double room instead which was nice and clean and had all the amenities. The staff were very helpful. Only 2 minutes to the Earl's Court tube station. Will definitely book this hotel again next time I'm in LondonGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice Hotel"
This hotel is a good, basic, place to stay: the staff is friendly and very helpful (I arrived early and the receptionist had my room cleaned first so that I could shower and get on with my day). My room was clean and modern. The rooms are tiny and cramped, however, so if you're looking for a luxurious room you won't find it. I just needed a comfortable […] bed, good bathroom and free internet — and I found it all here. Great location, by the way. Close to the train line from Heathrow, and a pleasant walk to the V & A Museum and the Royal Albert Hall. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Location, Location, Location"
This is a small hotel located in a great London neighborhood. Very convenient to the Underground, museums, shopping areas, etc. The staff is very helpful.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Tiny but nice"
The title says it all - I've never stayed in a smaller hotel room. But what was shoehorned into that diminutive cell was decent. I spent three nights in October, 2011. Convenient for getting around with the tube station very close. People at the desk were friendly. Wakeup calls were efficient. Oh, watch it in the shower, there's an occasional surge […] of near-fatal scalding water apparently as someone else in the hotel starts theirs. And the TV's colors were in outer space, with no apparent way to correct with the remote - i gave up trying. Internet seemed OK, occasionally funky. From what I read, small rooms are the norm in London hotels - it'd be tough to find a place to do a pushup. But if you're hanging around in your room, you're just not doing it right. "The satisfactory is between good and excellent."
The staff is very friendly. Whatever you request, they will try to fulfill your request such as giving you toothbrush or razor...,etc. You can't compare Bed and Breakfast with this hotel because the price is triple times the price with Bed and Breakfast. The downside is the price for it with a small room for 2 people BUT with good sound proof. The […] room that I have is pretty private. Breakfast for each morning is 10 pounds. I would say this is a 4.2 star hotel. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Don't Go"
When I read other reviews I expected to find a small rooms but decent service. I was wrong. The rooms aren't just small they are claustrophobic, the shower in particular was very bad, I could barely turn around. The bathrrom also suffered from ant infestation. To make matters worse I was in a basement room which technically had a window but all it did […] was look over into someone else's room and the compresser. I was also located directly next to the tiny elevator and stairs so there was constant noise. At no point did I receive any help getting my bags down the stairs (the staff would not make room in the elevator nor carry them) and when leaving I requested that they call me a taxi, instead they called a town car and the trip to the train station ended up costing even more. I would under no circumstances go to this hotel. I would however recommend the Earl's Court area, the underground stop is well setup and on three of the main lines. "Tiny but comfortable"
Hotel room was very tiny by comparison to US hotels, but the best was extremely comfortable and staff was extremely helpful!! Great location to nearby tube Earl's Court Station.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Ok hotel but not worth the price."
Nice location right next to Earl's Court tube & MS market down the street was very convenient. But very tiny rooms. Bathroom was nice but again tiny. Price was bit high for the room size.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Room & bath too small, but well appointed & maintained"
Our standard room with double bed was very cramped. The bed was in a corner, against the wall on 2 sides. There was minimal floor space on the other 2 sides of the bed. By the time you put baggage in the room, you will have little room to maneuver around the 2 sides of the bed that are not in the corner. The bath was worse. When sitting on the toilet, […] your knees bang against the front of the shower enclosure. To get to the sink, you have to thread your way between the shower enclosure and the toilet. Once you make it to the sink, there is basically one position you can stand in, limited by the sink in front and the toilet immediately behind you. It's a shame that the room is so cramped because the furnishings are very new and well-chosen. The location has pluses and minuses. On the plus side, you are a 2-3 minute walk away from the Earls Court underground station (subway), which can take you wherever you need to go. Also on the plus side, this is a lively area with many coffee shops, restaurants, grocery and liquor stores, etc. On the negative side, there are few attractions within a short walking distance. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel for tourists because of the relatively high cost, tiny sleeping area and bath, and absence of any tourist attractions in the immediate vicinity. However, if you have a particular reason for being in Earls Court and don't mind cramped quarters, this is a well-appointed and well-maintained hotel. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Peace and Quite minutes from the High Street"
This hotel is located only 200 odd meters from the Earls Court Underground and therefore easy to get to. It is just off Earls Court Road in a quite pretty Steet. Front desk staff were great and the hotel was very good for London standards at the price. Enjoyed our stay and would recomend the hotelGenuine Expedia guest review
"Will stay there whenever I return to London"
This hotel was modern, comfortable, and convenient to restaurants, food shops, pharmacy, and the tube. Even though my room was right next to the lobby and at the front ground floor of the hotel, the street traffic was minimal except on Sunday and the pedestrian noise stopped by midnight. I admit that the double bed was a bit too soft, but only on one […] edge - the middle of the bed was great. The wardrobe had plenty of hangers and shelves for storing clothes. Great lighting. Nice shower (no tub) although as previous reviews have mentioned, I did have problems with the water temperature turning scalding on occasion without any warning. "Hotel at Earls Court London"
Hotel was a clean, updated property, great staff, great location. The size of the room was expected, but the bed was not. If you are taller than 6 feet 2 inches, your feet will hang over the listed "single bed" and the width of the bed is the same width as my grandkids bed.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Earl's Court, Best Western The Boltons Hotel"
Hotel was located in a nice neighborhood, clean and the staff were very helpful and courteous. The room was a bit small, but it was more than adequate to rest my weary bones after trekking through London all day. Also, the room had a modern flare to it that was quite enjoyable, and I my room was located on the top floor which I liked because of the […] view of the neighborhood. I did not eat breakfast onsite because I wanted to explore in London. The hotel is about a five (5) minute walk from Earl’s Court station and there was also a nice Chinese restaurant down the street that was delicious. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"good airport access"
Very clean and very good service at the hotel, small room but the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was a good size. "The Boltons Hotel - beware the tiny rooms"
I stayed in this hotel at the end of June with my husband, visiting my son who lives locally. Despite the high price, we were placed in the basement of the hotel in a tiny room, with curtains which only partially closed against the light. The shower was also minute. We duly complained and were moved to a larger - and admittedly nicer - room on the third […] floor. While appreciated, the move was of course only possible due to space being available. Had space not been available, we would have been EXTREMELY unhappy with the stay and the value for money. It is cynical of hotels to develop basement closets into rooms and charge high prices to unaware guests. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Great overnight stay."
Third year we have stayed here for our annual Christmas Olympia trip. Being a Best Western hotel there is a certain degree of standard you can expect. Would certainly recommend it. Booked twin beds and were given a family room which was fine. Not a lot of space in the room, but fine for an overnight stop. We would give it 9 out of 10, so 4 is a bit […] low in our estimation but it is not quite superb! Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
