"Inexpensive but tiny room"
This is one of the more inexpensive hotel rooms in London, but it shows in the size of the room. A very tiny room and bed that would be very uncomfortable for anyone 6' or taller. Bathroom similarly very small. Light in hallway a distraction when going to sleep as the transom above the entry door was glass and did not have a shade over it.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"It could be worst"
It was OK. The hotel was cleaner than others on its category and the shower and toilets were clean and comfortable. However, it didn't have WiFi in your room which I think is essential as well as there wasn't a table to put your laptop. If you are a business traveller, don't expect to do any work unless you can work only on a tablet and of course you […] have your own WiFi or 3G dongle. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Budget prices in great location"
The location was very convenient for access to the tube/ museums around South Kensington. Room was small but very comfortable. Breakfast was very generous and it was great to have use of the kitchen for dinner in the evenings.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

Central, extremely quiet and safe location, good breakfast, cleanliness, minimal but satisfactory room comfort, friendly staff. Kitchen facilities available free of charge. Could be a little cheaper.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Zone 1 - Quite - Great Breakfast"
The Hotel situated in quite street of South Kensington inside residential area. The rooms and furnitures are now dated and need renovation. Overall cleanliess is just ok specially for a person who just needs a bed to rest for the night. The front desk is decent and friendly. The best thing about the hotel is its breakfast and serving hospitality. I […] am really impressed with its hot and cold collection and the collection of amazing fruits. Also the breads, cookies, hot english items are very well cooked and served with tremendous intensity Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Do not recommend"
We booked this hotel based on our knowledge of the area (we have stayed in Earl's Court many times), the description and the price. It was a little bit more expensive that our normal hotels which we could not get a booking at - so I expected it to be a little nicer (most hotels in this area are old, a little run down with small rooms). I was very wrong. We […] arrived and found the reception desk was not manned (we had to find the person downstairs - who was a very helpful and nice person). Our room was not ready so he suggested we wait in the dining area until the room was ready - we were confused to find plates of rotten fruit around the room, the tables had not been cleaned since breakfast (it was around 1pm) and were covered with stains and food. We became concerned about this presentation and the quality of the breakfast offered - why would you have clearly rotten fruit displayed! Our room was ready so we went upstairs - the room was tiny (and we know the rooms in this area are normally small). The ensuite bathroom was very small and did not even have a shower (just one of those hand held shower heads without a shower curtain. A very old TV was perched on a stool. There was no phone or any other facilities. After arriving from the flight from NZ we needed a shower and a nice experience. At this point we decided to leave the hotel and find somewhere else to stay - we have no hope of getting our money back but we were not staying here!!! Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Próximo a tudo. Muitos restaurantes, metro e lojas"
