"Good hotel in convenient location"
The hotel itself was very good, parking on site was a big bonus, £20 a day, reasonable for the area... 2 minute walk to earls court and west brompton tube station... We had cooked breakfast in the hotel, this was particularly poor, personally I would stay here again but pay the cheaper price excluding breakfast and get something from the local area […] at a fraction of the price... Good location, near to a Co-operative and Tesco and a few takeaways and just over 5 minutes walk to West Kensington tube station. Comfy bed, decent shower, tv has Sky 1 and Sky News as well as basic channels. Not impressed with breakfast, went at 8am, no cutlery, no glasses for juice, not much choice of continental. We normally stay in 4 / 5 star hotels but after reading the goods reveiws on this hotel we decided to try it out. We were not disapointed. Check in was swift. "Surprisingly good"
This is one of the tidiest examples of a Holiday Inn Express I've ever seen. The room was spacious, quiet and comfortable with good air conditioning and a powerful shower. The reception staff are pleasant and seem well trained. Breakfast gets a little busy after 9am and although it states 'continental', they do throw in a couple of spongy sausages and […] some synthetic scrambled egg. The hotel is located about 1 mile from London Olympia, down North End Road. There are a few good restaurants and a couple of decent real ale pubs in the vicinity and the area seems safe enough. West Kensington tube is the nearest underground service, about half a mile from the hotel. The hope here is that the cleaning staff maintain their high standards and keep the hotel in good condition. Vi bodde där i syfte att delta på en konferens på Ibis Hotell, som ligger ett par kvarter bort. Hela området är fullt av hotell, vilket förklaras av att det finns många konferensanläggningar i området. Om man inte ska på konferens, ser jag inte att läget på hotellet är särskilt bra. "Express by Holiday Inn Earls Court"
Been to London some 30 times for business and chose this hotel since it is close to my client's office. District line underground stations were walking distance away, taxi from Marble Arch was about GBP 20. Also some restaurants nearby. Room was nice, breakfast ok (coffee, yogurt, toast, eggs, sausages etc), internet connection worked well but costs […] some extra. Everything went well, no problems with checking in. I had first booked just one night through Hotels.com but decided to stay one more night. Of course, it was not a Hilton or Marriott but for the price I would say it was a good deal.
