Holiday Inn Express London - Earl's Court

Room was freezing! !!! Only options were portable heater or blanket. Sorry but I like to not stay in bed 100% of my time in room. Will likely not stay there again

This hotel is clean and in a nice part of London, easily accessible by Tube, etc. However, the hotel staff are the most inconsiderate, unhelpful, and downright rude people I have ever encountered. Even though I booked the room 2 months in advance, they did not have the room available to me that I had requested -- instead of a double bed, my husband […] and I were given two small twin beds without any apology or explanation. My husband struggles with insomnia, and was unable to sleep a wink the whole night due to the cramped, uncomfortable bed. Most upsetting was the way the matter was handled by hotel staff. My husband and I were not treated as valued guests, but rather as nuisances at the bottom of the totem pole. When speaking to someone at the front desk, we were continually ignored or pushed aside to answer phone calls. We always made an effort to be polite, but never received a single apology. When my husband called the front desk to ask about using a calling card on the room phone, he was yelled at that we could not use our room phone except to call within the hotel. There is a phone in the lobby that we discovered on our last day there by which guests can use international calling cards, but we were never told about it. I was also disappointed by the lack of Internet access. I would never recommend this hotel and indeed am never staying at a Holiday Inn again! Read more

Das Zimmer für 4 Personen war viel zu klein, kein Kleiderschrank, keine Aufhängemöglichkeiten für Dusch/Handtücher, das Frühstück spottet jeder Bechreibung. Einzige Pluspunkte waren die Nähe zur Tube und das das Zimmer sauber war.

für englische Verhältnisse nettes, überschaubares Hotel in erreichbarer Nähe, Frühstück begrenzt, aber durchaus ausreichend, saubere Zimmer mit sehr sauberem Sanitärbereich. Für London noch zentral gelegen, insgesamt schön.

Es scheint eher ein Hotel für Geschäftsreisende zu sein, da es keine Kästen im Zimmer gibt, nur einige Haken beim Eingang zum Zimmer und man aus dem Koffer leben muss, ansonsten total ok.

Einfaches, aber sauberes Hotel. Wir waren als Familie gereist und hatten ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett und einem Sofa, welches zum Schlafsofa umgebaut war. Dusche und Bad waren sauber. Es gab auch einen Wasserkocher für eine Tasse löslichen Kaffee oder Tee und einen Föhn. Ein geschlossener Schrank fehlte, war eine Garderobe mit ca 6 Bügeln und ein paar […] offenen Fächern. Der Empfang war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein paar einfache Lokalitäten sind in der Nachbarschaft, wir können das kleine türkische Restaurant fast neben dem Hotel empfehlen.
