WE WERE COMING FROM A CRUISE AND THE SUPERIOR ROOMS WERE SO SMALL THAT WITH TWO PEOPLE AND LUGGAGE WE WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO MOVE..FORTUNATELY WE WERE ABLE TO MOVE ACROSS THE STREET TO THE RADISSON EDWARDIAN HAMPSHIRE AND HAD A VERY NICE LARGE ROOM FOR NOT THAT MUCH MORE A NIGHT. "perfect location"
When i booked hotel online i thought it was the Raddisson hamshire, it turned out to be the Raddisson next door which was a suprise. The hotel rooms are roomy enough. The hotel was extremely convenient for the two nights we had planned, both within the Leicester Square area. The welcome was friendly and professional and the room, whilst not the best they have was more than adequate to meet our needs. Clean and tidy. My companion was unable to use the key card on their return later on the second night - an experience […] replicated by another of our party. However staff did try to resolve this as quickly as possible, albeit being inconvenient. We organised a gathering with champagne to celebrate the occasion and staff were very accommodating and friendly during this. Overall, we managed to get the room at a good price by booking early, it went up by 50 pounds for those in our party who left it late. Dette hotelle ligger et steinkast i fra leicester square. Hotellet var veldig sentralt og fint, gåavstand til Piccdilly, Regent Street og Oxford Street. Akkurat da vi var der, var det oppgraving av hele veien foran hotellet, så det så ikke så bra ut, men vi hørte ikke noe til arbeiderne heldigvis selv om vi hadde rom mot den gaten. Det som var litt negativt, var at vi hadde bestilt et superior room, men ble […] veldig skuffet over at det var ganske lite + manglet kjøleskap, og i tillegg fikk vi ikke inkludert frokost. Summen tilsa at vi burde ha fått frokost. Vet ikke om dette har noe med hotels.com å gjøre eller ikke. Gratis internett på rommet og veldig hyggelige ansatte, var store pluss. Det er et udmærket hotel, men beliggenheden er helt sikkert det som retfærdiggør prisen. Meget venligt og serviceminded personale. Værelserne er vist meget forskellige, vi havde et med dob. seng som var stort og lyst, og et med to senge som var lille og lidt mørkt. Man er i gå afstand til næsten alt og vi benyttede os meget selve Leicester Square, da […] vejret var fantastisk. Morgenmadsbuffeten er fin, men da den skal betales oveni værelsesprisen så var det lidt dyrt. Vi gik i baren på søsterhotellet om aftenen, når de andre steder i nærheden lukkede kl. 22-23.
