in the middle of everything; close to museums, theatre, restaurants. the only thing is at night it can get a little noisy but otherwise fantastic.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Couldn't have been better"
We stayed 6 days, and on checking in, I was confused about the location, thinking I had booked for the sister hotel across the road and facing Leicester Square. Boy, am I glad we stayed where we did. Noise was not a problem. The rooms were comfortable and immaculate, desk staff couldn't have been nicer, and location was central to everything! Only issue […] -- funny really -- was when we asked to bring our own bottle of wine to the sitting area (also where we had breakfast). Corkage fee was 20 pounds -- which we would have paid. When we said 4 people, then it went up to 40 pounds. We didn't pay that much for the wine, so we drank it in the bedroom. But the hotel itself was great. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Friendly, helpful staff. No full length mirror and bad bathroom lighting. There was a hole in my carpet. Did not like the soap in the dispensers. Shower sprayed lots of water on the floor and there was no bath mat provided.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Convenient location, nice staff"
We enjoyed the hotel very much, except for one thing: The lighting - or lack of it - in the bathroom was HORRIBLE. To see oneself while shaving or putting on make-up is an impossibility. Otherwise, everything worked out fine, even though the elevator is smaller and slower than we would have liked. The location couldn't be better and the staff is helpful […] and friendly. There are dozens and dozens of restaurants in all price ranges around. One can walk to London Eye, Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, National Gallery, The Tate, British Museum, and more. We certainly hope they'll improve the bathroom lighting, as we would like to stay there next time we're in London. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Location was ideal."
The staff was friendly and courteous. I would b most happy to recommend this hotel.Genuine Expedia guest review
The accomodations & service were fabulous. Location in central London was perfect.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Nice hotel. Great location! however, Avoid the staff in the restaurant downstairs. Some are oblivious to good service.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The staff at the front desk seemed to be gone all the time. Not sure if what the company policy is but just something I noticed. The elevator was tiny - barely room for two people and luggage. The room was fabulous - the amentities and comfort. Too bad there wasn't a refrigerator. Definitely will be staying here again.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Great location, good price"
Can't get any more convenient a location than Leicester Square, and the price is quite reasonable for the quality of room you get.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Great place to stay. It is centrally located and close to the tube. Breakfast was perfect, hot and cold dishes. I would go back there again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Wonderful Leicester Square location"
Ideally located in Central London with a 5- to 10-minute walk to most West End theatres. The hotel is very cute and well-maintained. The entire staff was super friendly and accommodating. Great visit.Genuine Expedia guest review
This hotel is right in the heart of a great area. Restaurants, cinemas, casinos and the hop on, hop off, bus are just steps away. But the hotel is not noisy because it is tucked away from the noise of the thousands of people accessing the great entertainment. Tourist attractions like Buckingham Palace and Trafalgar Square are within walking distance. […] The rooms were small, but that is to be expected in a major city. The staff was very helpful and made us feel like we were truly welcomed. I definitely recommend this hotel for those who are looking to vacation in London. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Clean, modern, coureous staff. FANTASTIC location."
I stay in London quite often. 2-3 times/year. This hotel is fantastic. A teensy bit pricey, in my opinion, but it's definitely a first rate hotel and the location is fantastic. Walking to shopping and sites of Trafalgar, Picadilly, Regent and Oxford Streets and SoHo as well as Camden, Westminster, London Eye, St. James Park and Buckingham Palace... […] All are easily reached on foot. And, if needed, there is a tube stop very close by. This hotel is an easy and inexpensive cab ride from Paddington Station, making it easy to get to from Heathrow on the Heathrow Connect (18-19BPS roundtrip to/from Paddington). Hotel is modern and clean with nice facilities and amenities (free wifi!) and pleasant and courteous staff. I've stayed at the sister Radisson just across from this one, also on Leicester Square, as well and it too is very nice. I highly recommend this hotel. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Great Location Noisy Staff!"
The hotel is in a fantastic location you literally walk out the door and your in Leicester Square the hotel is quite modern and the room was small but very nice. So this hotel is pretty much perfect for someone wanting to visit London and be right in amongst it all and walking distance to most things. BUT the only issue is.... So when in your room […] you can hear what is going on outside in the hall way very easily, the bed head is on the wall and when someone closes or opens the doors out side of the room the wall would shake and i could feel it while laying in bed. So the biggest disappointment to me was that when i went to investigate who is slamming doors and making my wall shake i found out that it was staff at the hotel. They would go in and out of the staff only access doors and just let them slam shut waking and bothering me in my room. My room did not border another room so it was just staff at the hotel causing this issue and they know that it does this! SO the hotel location is great if you intend on being an early riser and not sleeping in in the morning but being out and about it is perfect but if you want to have a sleep in day you wont be getting it at this hotel due to the inconsiderate staff slamming doors and the thin walls and design... I enjoyed staying there purely for price and location... Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"It was okay to slightly better than okay."
This hotel has an excellent location if you want to do West End shows. Convenient to pretty much all theaters, close to Covent Garden and pleasant enough. Would I stay there again? Probably not. For the money, it was not worth the cost of the room per night.Genuine Expedia guest review
The hotel is centrally located in Leicester square. However that seemed to be the only advantage to staying here, the location. Staff was quite indifferent, especially when we departed a farewell wasn't even bid to us. The hospitality industry staff should at the very least have the courtesy to meet and greet its customers. When I return to London I […] will definitely not stay here and look elsewhere to lodge. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Great value for a great location"
If you're up for seeing the major sites in London, and being in the middle of the action for nightlife, it would be very hard to beat this for a value. Located just a few steps off Leicester Square, it's convenient to major tube lines and Waterloo is a 15 minute walk or just 2 tube stops away. Hotel staff could not be more helpful. Rooms are small (aren't […] they all in the center of London?) but clean with good climate control, and reasonably comfortable beds. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Radisson Leicester Square Hotel"
The staff was very polite and helpful. The overall experience, although my stay was short, was very positive. My trip was for business, but I would come back to this hotel for a vacation stay.Genuine Expedia guest review
The hotel is centrally located to the theatres and restaurants. The front desk staff and the breakfast staff were extremely helpful and nice. We would definitely stay here again.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Very nice hotel, convenient location"
I was planning to attend a concert near Leicester Square and so I wanted a hotel nearby. This one seemed to be convenient (and it was), so I thought I'd give it a try. It is also very near to the Tube station and a direct connection to Heathrow! Rooms are very nice, bed is quite comfortable, bathroom is very modern. The internet connection worked well […] and the TV (very modern flat screen) had more than enough channels. There is a safe and the closet space, although limited was certainly sufficient for me. The hotel is also very close to National Gallery (rear entrance on Orange), so very convenient if you plan on visiting. Breakfast buffet is pricey ... get out of hotel and try some of the nearby restaurants and coffee shops. The staff at front desk was always very pleasant and helpful ... and they found me a room early on arrival. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
The hotel has been very nicely updated. Modern rooms and bathrooms, both kept very clean. Friendly staff at the front desk. Good service--we requested a cot for our infant daughter, and it was already set up when we checked in. Leicester Square is under heavy construction (Dec 2011), but we experienced no issues relating to the work (construction did […] appear to be on hiatus during the Christmas season). "Perfect location, worst internal environment"
The hotel's location is great, and in general, the hotel is nice. There is no lobby but you can use the bar/cafeteria. Now here it comes the worst. For such a highly rated hotel, it is not acceptable the noise the house keeping personnel make. It is simply horrendous. They keep slamming doors constantly, so if you are relaxing after a busy evening, […] don't stay there!. If you are going to be away starting 7 AM then probably you will love it! "Great location, friendly staff, could be cleaner"
+ Great location, you can't beat Leicester square for a night in London. Free Wifi is also a great perk. Friendly reception staff - room could be cleaner, and wall socket panel was half falling down. Also we had to come down 3 times to reception as keys were not programmed properly, I saw 3 other people with same key problem. Be aware the description […] of superior room says bath/shower combination, but most of them only have shower. They should fix the description on hotels.com. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"great location for touring London"
The hotel is well located in Leicester Square. Close to the Tube and of course all of the busy insanity of the Square. Very touristy area. Great if you want access to all points of London, especially by foot. We barely took the Tube. Hotel staff were very friendly and always available. The restaurant manager was very friendly and helpful as well. I […] was impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and the bathroom was also a surprise - nice, clean, with option for lovely rain shower or hand-held. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Comfortable but overpriced"
The staff were super friendly and efficient, the location ideal if you want to be in the heart of London's entertainment district, and the rooms comfy enough. However we felt that this was little more than an overstated Premier Inn, distinguished only by its room "designer decor" and over-inflated London rates. Whilst we appreciate London hotels are […] expensive, we honestly cannot agree that this was worth the value of the price we paid. Pity, but if the price of designer decor is enough to satisfy others, the hotel is ideally located and the staff pleasant. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Great location, noisy surroundings."
Though room was a little small, it had everything we needed. We had asked for a quiet room and ours certainly was not! Disturbances ranged from night arrivals, early morning departures and late night/early morning revellers in Leicester Square. Next timewe will use Radison but in a quieter location.Genuine Expedia guest review
"great place to stay"

"Bad night sleep"
We arrived at the hotel to find we had been upgraded to a better room or so we thought. On arrival to the room the bath plug was broken meaning we could use the shower or bath. We reported to the friendly staff and it was fixed. Then the windows in the room never shut properly so we could here the aircon fan on the other buidlinga roof all night people […] talking and sirens all night. The finish in the bath room with the tiles and around the bath wasnt good. All in all ave stayd in better cheaper hotels. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great hotel for all ages."
Staff were excellent could not find fault with anything. Buffet breakfast was very good as well.Genuine Expedia guest review
The hotel location is just off the actual Leicester Square making it an ideal base for exploring central London. The welcome at reception was good, they did try to upswell a room "upgrade" at additional cost but we declined. After that we received the "upgrade" free anyway due to the lack of other rooms. The room itself was clean & tidy with modern […] decor. However with it being Central London the room was quite small & dark. The window in the room was tiny. The biggest disappointment with this hotel was the room was cold. Despite the window being tiny it still managed to let in a lot of cold air, it was draughty & was only single glazed. The primary source of the draught was the hinge which was in bad condition. The hinge side would not close up tight against the window frame leaving a ~1cm gap for air to blow through. It was late when we got back to the room & noticed this so we decided to stick with the room. Remember this was an "upgrade" King room, so the smaller doubles may be tiny & even darker. Radios on did acknowledge our complaint & vowed they would fix the issue. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Very good location"
Room size OK (not spacious) Asked for quiet room but got one next to lift on first floor & outside wall. Not really bad & should have checked with hotel but worth checking before/when you arrive that they action your request. Staff all good & customer focussed.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Adequate London hotel"
I booked a "superior room" for a special weekend for my wife's birthday, and paid upfront for it. The room allocated was not big enough to swing a gerbil let alone a cat, and there was no wardrobe, just a rail in the toilet/shower room. Rang to complain and got a similar sized room allocated, but with a separate wardrobe - consequently, the shower/toilet […] was tiny. But it was bigger, and both rooms were spotlessly clean. Then, manager rang and said he'd upgraded us to a Deluxe room, which was a bit bigger, but just a shower again. The staff were lovely, but i don't feel this is a luxery hotel, it was perfectly fine if they hadn't sold themselves as something they were not. It's a good hotel for seeing London, but not if you want to spoil yourself. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
