This hotel is at a level above our usual choices, but it was an excellent value for the money. It is right across from the Thames, and we enjoyed walking along the side of the river: views of Big Ben, Houses of Parliament and London Eye. The hotel was excellent, the price was higher that a lot of comparable hotels. The location demands a premium. Our room decor was Danish modern and the bathroom included a separate tub and shower. The door into our room was so peculiar it requires a sentence. It looked like a cross between a walking refrigerator and a maximum security cell. The Main […] restaurant, "Chino Latino" was pricey and the food was sparse. My wife liked it. The cuisine is a mixture of Thai, Japanese, and something else. (I forget) but it wasn't Latin food. The other restaurant which was where we obtained our included breakfast, was buffet style and very decent.. There are several good pubs within walking distance, so Lunch was easy to obtain! I was given a room which view backs on to a major railway line, which is noisy and can here the trains day and night. So I asked for another room which was quite and moved, but they only had a room with two single beds. Not real good for the romance? It's sister, park plaza westminster bridge is newer, better and 5 mins walk to waterloo station.

The hotel was far better than expected. It was within walking distance to many major tourist sights. Also, was very impressed with room-service. I cannot have gluten so they were more than accommodating to ensure my food was safe for me to eat. We would definitely stay there again, and suggest it to anyone going to London.

Super ophold, smilende og serviceminded personale, central beliggenhed hvor man i gåafstand kunne se mange af Londons seværdigheder. Det eneste negative vi havde under opholdet var larmen fra togene som vi kunne høre meget tydeligt, især tidligt om morgenen ( vi boede i nr. 807)
