Disgusting! They claimed that they gave us a rennovated room.The bed was so bad that neither of us could sleep, and demanded to be moved next day.Which they did-but the bed was equally poor. "A very tired hotel"
aclearly seen better days has this hotel. Run down and not a lot of effort made for the customer. The rooms were awful, stains all over the carpet whiich actually spoilt it for us right from the start. Smoking smell in the room and on the whole floor. Great location but that is all. Second attempt at a review..... The room they allocated me was next to a few rooms being refurbished and there was dust everywhere. The room was freezing and uncomfortable as the refurb rooms had windows open. Staff did nothing to resolve my issue and just shrugged and apologised. "In need of a revamp!"
Not really value for money. Lights in room didn't work, carpet felt grimy Its not possible to have a bath. Staying regularly in London, I would say this is the worst value for money I've ever spent. Emplacement super pour le shopping, mais hotel a boycotter: pas de chauffage dans les chambres, la climatisation qui sert egalement de chauffage ne marche pas, nous avons pourtant change 2 fois de chambre donc teste 3 chambres en tout! Lr radiatzur dans les salles de bain ne sont pas connectes car ils brulent ! Vague de froid a londres : pas de chauffage […] !
