We have included all charges provided to us by this hotel. However, charges can vary, for example, based on length of stay or the room you book.
A major international flight hub, Heathrow's four terminals are connected to central London by train and Underground services. The Heathrow Express speeds into Paddington Station in 15 minutes. The Underground’s Piccadilly line is cheaper (but slower), stopping at stations including Earl’s Court, Green Park, Leicester Square and Kings Cross. Coaches run to destinations throughout the UK.

Don't be fooled by the HI label or the price. Everything is an extra charge - airport shuttle, parking, breakfast, etc. Some comforts (ex hair dryer, ice machine) not provided. Front desk gave me wrong times for shuttle and I missed it. Next one was 30 minutes later so I had to take a taxi - for $30 - to my terminal. (the hotel is about a 10-15 minute […] drive from terminal 4). The room was - thankfully - clean. Overall relatively inexpensive but not a HI experience. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Adequate Facilities, Great Service"
This is an older HI, showing its age. The staff provided top notch service. The business internet was not speedy, but it worked. Very close to the major rental car returns such that you can return the car, walk to the hotel, and depart on that early AM flight. Would stay again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Not worth the price"
This hotel needs a taxi ride that cost approximately £10 to terminal 3 or you can take the hoppa bus H4 to terminal 3. This hotel needs a major renovation in order to qualify itself as four star. I would rate this a 2.5 star hotel.. Slightly better than dorm rooms at university.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Good place to lay-over between flights"
Nothing special about this hotel, but it is totally adequate as a place to lay over between flights to/from Heathrow. It's as convenient to the airport as any other local hotel and easy to reach via Hoppa Bus H4. The in-house restaurant is fine with a good menu and rairly reasonable prices. I would stay again.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Check other options."
Very basic services available within the room and the facilities. As a value proposition it is poor. Very expensive for what's offerred. Nevertheless, at London there's nothing economical; particularly if your currency is the dollar.Genuine Expedia guest review
"It was just an ordinay Hotel"
Nothing special about this hotel, however it was very nice being so close to the airport.when your trip starts at 4 A.M. I would stay there again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Restaurant service is very poor with erratic staff wandering aimlessly at times whilst customers wait. Not to be expected in this price range hotel...!!!!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great for a stopover."
Adequate for a stop over en route. The elevator did not work. We were told it would be operational in the morning and someone was working on it - not true.Genuine Expedia guest review

"dont stay here"
worst experience ever. i had to go get my own water from bar and the room was corridors and corridors away on the 2nd floor which was very bad since my mom was not well. also, we had to take our own bagsGenuine Expedia guest review
"airport hotel"
There were certain things that I expected in a 4star hotel that were not there, including wash cloths, an ice bucket and an alarm clock. Also, when I called the desk about the wash cloths, they never showed with the requested items.Genuine Expedia guest review
"A letdown."
There was hair on one of the towels as we unraveled it and there was hair, not ours, in the bathtub when I went to have a show. Reception failed to help with a simple request for a bathroom scale. I had to call twice to get housekeeping to bring one up. No porter service, well that was not appreciated. I'm sorry to say the experience was mediocre at […] best. I really didn't expect grandiose luxury, but it was a letdown. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Not noteworthy"
Although I have nothing specific to complain about there are better options around Heathrow. The hotel is ok but feels a bit tired and a bit past its hayday.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Not the greatest"
While the room was clean, their WiFi was only available in the lobby. I used their computer room which was expensive and extremely SLOWWWWW. The resturant food was so so, but expensive. We only needed the room to catch a connecting flight the next morning, but next time, I will use another hotel. Afterall, there are several in the area. We stayed in […] Central London for 5 days at a much smaller hotel that had better amenities and more resonable rates. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Lay over at Heathrow"
This hotel was convenient for a one night lay over at Heathrow. Excellent pub (3 Magpies Pub) maybe two minutes walk, with small shooping area equi-distant. Check in was relatively painless, but although I had a non smoking room there was tell tale odors of tobacco smoke in the room & in the hallway. I had to call down to the desk to advise them that […] a previous client had knocked sizable holes in the back to the bathroom door. There was no bar soap in the room. There was however a wall mounted container of cream soap that had a strange congealed consistency...was tough to rinse it off. I paid for internet service, but it was not in existence in my room, either with their cable or wifi...this was a major hinderance to gettingwork done during the lay over. Again, the lay over location was good, but service & facilities was not worth what they charged (at least during this stay) Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Holiday Inn - Heathrow"
The internet did not work. Neither the plug-in ethernet nor the wi-fi until the acting manager hooked me up with a wi-fi connection. I had scheduled my arrival to allow time to complete some critical emails which could not go through. The wi-fi connection was so poor that I could not communicate via Skype to Canada or to parties in UK. This is a deal […] breaker - I may stay at this hotel prior to my flight on the 14th but will not stay at Holiday Inn at this location again. Another deal-breaker was the cost of a breakfast - at 33 pounds (about $45 canadian) it was outrageously over-priced. And while there was an acknowledged cold-snap, the heating system in the room only operated when the pass-key was inserted into the wall connecter while I was in the room. The system was not sufficient to permit the room to reach comfort levels until the morning of my departure - two days later. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Hard to find Holiday Inn"
This hotel is very difficult to find. There are three Holiday Inns near LHR. The price for rooms is reasonable and staff is nice. The location makes finding it very difficult. Recommend only with the caveat of location.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"London Heathrow Hotel"
The hotel is conveniently located just outside the entrance to Heathrow. The hotel was clean and quiet. I was not impressed with customer service. They were not very friendly or very responsive when we had a problem. You must take some form of transportation to get to the hotel; you cannot walk. The bus service is convenient but it is 7 pounds per […] person for a round-trip and the Holiday Inn is the last stop for the bus, good for returning to the airport. You can take a taxi but it is generally more expensive and the taxi drivers normally do not want to make the short trip to the hotel. We used the hotel as our main base. It is cheaper than staying in London but it takes about an hour to get into central London on the tube from Terminal 1. That combined with the time to take the bus to the airport, the travel time is almost one and half hours. The last bus from the airport to the hotel leaves at 11:25pm so you need to give yourself plenty of time returning from London. We were delayed due to an accident on our tube line and we just made the last bus. The taxi stand was closed at that hour. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"LONDON HEATHROW HOTEL - HOLIDAY INN HEATHROW"
The hotel was extremely close to the airport. The staff were friendly. The hotel restaurant was expensive and slow service. We had a few problems in the room: shower, television and hair dryer. We requested help but did not receive any assistance.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Convenience"
There are 4 Holiday Inns at Heathrow Airport and some are on the same street. Taxi driver took us to the wrong one, which I understand happens daily. Holiday Inn should think of some way to distinguish each one. Otherwise, hotel itself was very good.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Hotel OK, catering abysmal"
We were in transit between France, UK and the US. The hotel is conveniently located right next to Heathrow airport. The sound insulation was excellent - couldn't hear a thing from the nearby runways. Room was fine, usual generic airport style. Looks as if the property had just changed hands, as most of the staff wore 'Trainee' badges. The restaurant […] offered only a buffet (due to remodelling). The selection was very limited and poorly prepared as well as extremely expensive. Since there are no other restaurants nearby, we had to make do. Hotel Hopper shuttlebus transfer to Terminal 4 (on the other side of the airport) was quick and efficient (about 20 minutes, inclding pickups at 2 other hotels). Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
I found this hotel adequate for an overnight stay but as other reviewers have mentioned it is very difficult to find the entrance to the hotel. This is a serious drawback if you arrive via the bus late in the evening. Also breakfast is expensive for a Holiday Inn.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Comfort, but not close"
The Hotel was nice and clean. The room was spacious and inviting. The location was horrible. The fact that I had to struggle to find a bus route and pay for the fee to go back and forth to the airport was a bit of a stretch for a hotel that claimed to be by the airport. The bus route from the airport took me through several stops before arriving at […] my hotel. IF you have to run into London make sure you have 4 hours to do so. The bus route, plus public transportation alone was a 3 hour ordeal to central London. Again, the hotel was nice, the location not so much. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Holiday Inn Heathrow"
Reasonable option for a short stay but still not close enough to heathrow airport. Airport shuttle is reasonably expensive at 4 pounds/person for a 500m drive. Poor curtains made for early morning wake up due to light intensity.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Close to the airport"
Overall, the room was OK, there were dust around the lamp shade and the remote control for the TV was "sticky", I have to wrap that with a plastic bag. There are no fridge and no safe in the room. Free wifi is only for the first 30 mins in the common area, in the room you have to pay 3.99 for two hours and 9.99 for one day. We stay there for two days […] (June 15-17, 2012), I would give it a 3 star instead of 4. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Holiday Inn Heathrow Disappointment"
I've stayed at this hotel twice now and both times I've been disappointed. The first was 2 years ago when I slipped in the tub and ended up with bruising all along the one leg for months afterwards (truly#. There had been no "skid" holders in the bath. The second time I stayed was last Sunday night when I discovered the bath/shower didn't drain properly, […] the front end staff did not inform me that I had to give them my credit card number in order to have the phone "activated" to receive "incoming calls"; nor did I receive my "wake up" call #well how could they phone me when the phone wasn't activated?#. Much to my annoyance there were no public pay phones within the hotel anywhere #oh but there was one at the end of the block# and last but not least the price of breakfast would make one swoon....16 pound 95 pence!!. I had breakfast at the the airport instead! Will not be staying here again Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Adequate Hotel but nothing Special"
We had an overnight stay here waiting for our connecting flight. The hotel was cheap and one of the closest to Heathrow Terminal 1. Getting to and from the hotel wasn't as easy as I had hoped (last thing at night and first early morning). The hoppa bus which goes around the hotels to/from the airport doesn't really stop at the hotel and therefore you […] can't expect it to wait around. For such the short distance taxis prices are mental. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Over priced executive room"
We made a mistale in booking and the young lady at the desk phoned five hotels and one B&B to find us a room at the same rate. None available. She provided excellent service. Only room available was an executive room for another 100 pounds. The room was the same size as the much cheaper regular room and had no features that would could see that came […] anywhere near justifying the extra large increase in cost. Excellent desk staff service. Really poor pricing. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Not Impressed"
Whilst the hotel was near to the airport this is all that it had going for it. The room booked was not what was supplied. Small rooms - twin booked but could only let us have a double. Would I use again - no!Genuine Expedia guest review
"Hiliday Inn Heathrow"
Hotel is fine but getting there is a nightmare; waited an hour for the shuttle. It took longer to travel the supposed 0.7 mi to the hotel than it took me to fly to London!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"部屋が遠い"
総合的には満足しているが、ホテルが横長の建物で中央にレセプションがあるため、角部屋となった今回は、いちいちたくさんの扉を通り、部屋まで行く必要があった。しかも部屋のキーが2日目に機能せず、再度レセプションまで戻らないといけない羽目となった。部屋の設備としては、部屋に冷蔵庫・金庫がないのが残念。Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Difficult to find"
Had to stay at Heathrow and picked this hotel. The entrance was on the back of the building and not so easy to find. If you arrive by shuttle you will not have this problem of course but I did not. Also, the road outside the entrance was oneway so in the morning (bad timing that was) when a truck was off-loading goods it created a small chaos and everybody […] had to back their way out from the one-way street now blocked by the truck! Not ideal when you are in a hurry. Otherwise it was ok, but not brilliant. Room was clean etc but definitely will need refurbishing soon. Service was very good though, very friendly!
