We were a very late booking with probably the last double room available, probably why it was so small. Would have been very difficult to find storage space if staying for more than 3 days, but was very clean, well maintained and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent Location, Nice Staff, Terrible Rooms For a 5 Star Hotel I have never encountered such small rooms, we reserved a superior room and the bed was 20cms from the wall on 2 sides and touching the wall at the head of the bed. The bathroom was like one on a flight, it was very very small. I would not recommend this for comfort, only for convenience […] to the city centre and Heathrow Airport. スーペリアに3泊しましたが、趣のある良いホテルでした。立地もサウスケンジントンでいうことなし。ロイヤルアルバートや歴史博物館も数分です。アメニティも充実しており、バスルームは床暖房になっていました。朝食は普通でしたが、宿泊客は皆リッチなヨーロピアンばかりでした。絶対オススメです。Genuine Hotels.com guest review

Lite elegant hotell midt i kensington. Fine store rom, god lunsj,kult interiør moderne møter britisk aristokrati. Ett minus, vi var på forretningstur og trengte møterom til 3 men de hadde bare ett stort møterom, dyrt å leie. Betalte 2500 for 3 timer. Men så ville vi heller ikke bo på typisk business hotell.
