Excellent Location, Nice Staff, Terrible Rooms For a 5 Star Hotel I have never encountered such small rooms, we reserved a superior room and the bed was 20cms from the wall on 2 sides and touching the wall at the head of the bed. The bathroom was like one on a flight, it was very very small. I would not recommend this for comfort, only for convenience […] to the city centre and Heathrow Airport.
