A busy transport hub, St Pancras train station has Eurostar services to Paris and Brussels and is a few minutes on foot from both Euston and King's Cross stations. All three terminals have regional and intercity train services to north London and the rest of the UK. Fashionable Islington is located to the north. Boutiques, antique shops and bars line the streets around Islington Green. Large Georgian and Victorian houses are home to the well-heeled media and political classes.

Single room was somewhat high priced compared to what was offered -- very small, spartan room, phone wasn't plugged in. Room was clean. Location is good -- right near the Euston Square tube stop. However, main complaint is that the wi-fi would not work -- it does not work in the rooms, but also did not work anywhere in the lobby. Kept disconnecting […] a few seconds after connecting. I tried this with two different devices. Staff was not helpful -- he was inattentive and simply said the internet works, try it later. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great hotel for touring London"
Great location, walking distance to 2 major train stations (including the international St Pancras Station, 1mn walk from subway stations (2 different lines), 10min walk from British Museum, 5 min walk from British library. Within walking distance of several attractions. Great breakfast, nice staff.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Great for sleeping"
It was an amazing experience! The breakfast was delicious and the wifi worked very well! Room was small, but just enough for sleeping considering we were always busy during the day!Genuine Expedia guest review
"Excellent bargain"
Excellent for the price; right next to three tube stations. Loads of included shampoo, body wash, and lotion. No real frills; good if you're not spending too much time in your hotel. Professional, courteous staff.Genuine Expedia guest review

Great accomodations. Only fifty feet from the underground!Genuine Expedia guest review
"Great value for money, very convenient location"
Very convenient location - right above an Underground station (Euston), right near Regents Park, 10 minute walk from the British Museum, 25 minute walk from Leicester Square and the theatres, Not the quietest corner ever, we could hear traffic in the morning, but it wasn't an issue for us. New, clean, modern hotel, with elevator. No fridge in room. The […] staff was helpful, but sometimes hard to understand their (non-British) accents. Overall, a pleasant experience, and an excellent value for money. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Good Locale-Not Worth More Than 1 or 2 nite stay"
Hotel had a good location near two different tube lines. Two very good pubs within walking distance. Near Madame Toussaud's and home base for Big Bus tours; however . . . Walls were paper thin-- heard everything going on next door and anytime anyone walked down the hall. TV remote was missing a button; asked for, but never got, a new one. Outside noise […] from street was kept to a minimum, thanks to double windows. Could only turn on air conditioner for four hours at a time; sometimes would shut off on its own after an hour. Bathroom very tiny; no room around the sink for anything at all. Despite advertising that it was available, Wi-fi was down every single day of my stay. Breakfast was OK-- no eggs or bacon, however. Free daily newspapers. Half of the outlets in the room didn't work (including the one inside the bathroom). Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Good Deal-Nice Staf-Good Breakfast-No Internet"
I was quite impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, and the fresh, delicious breakfast. My only gripe was that the internet has not been up and working (according to the staff) for a while. The location is very near a couple tube stations and felt safe. For an extra fee, they accommodated […] a roll-away for the night. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"No access available to Hotel for Diabled Persons"
We were refused entry into the hotel as they had no ramp working for disabled access. We had to go to another hotel and I was informed my money would be reunded. You need to update your website advising people that this hotel has no access for disabled persons. Not only was I embrassed I was horrified by the lack of facilities for disabled persons. […] I am planning on reporting the hotel to the UK authorities as this is not acceptable for a hotel to be functioning this way. The hotel staff were vvery apologetic, however did not see room or inside of hotel so the above questions have been answered on what we had access to - the outside of the hotel. "modern, minimalist, convenient"
This hotel served our needs. It is a ten minute walk to a major train station, which is what we wanted. It is a minimalist hotel, but the bed was VERY comfortable and the room was immaculate. The hotel is very modern as well. The room was small, but we did not expect something bigger in the heart of London. I would not want to stay there a long time, […] but our goal was to stay one night, walk to the station in the morning and head to France. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Convenient to Euston train station"
Other reviewers said their room was small and I would have to agree. It barely fit the double bed. The bathroom also was tiny. The carpet was a bit shabby and in spots the paint was chipped and peeling. That said, the staff were extremely accommodating (ordering a pizza for us when we arrived very hungry at midnight) and holding our bags for several […] hours after we checked out. Room was quiet and reasonably clean. Fine for a one night stay passing thru but would not recommend for more than one night due to size. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Other than the fact that the hotel's internet/internal phone line weren't working, and that I had to ask them to turn on the water connection to the shower in my room, the stay was very nice. Extremely convenient location, literally around the corner from Euston Square station, and only a 5 minute walk from Euston station. Was able to walk to Euston, […] take the Northern Line to Leicester Square station, then switch to Piccadilly Line and continue on to Heathrow airport, which wasn't much of a hassle. The room itself was a bit small, but the double bed was clean and comfortable, and overall good for the price. Would stay here again. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Near Euston Rail"
Unfriendly staff. We think they failed to book our room as there seemed to be some discussion of that at the desk. We ended up in Room 1, a handicap room right by the main entry door. Walls were paper thin so we not only heard great detail from the woman on her cell phone in Room 2 but constant noise from the entry door opening and closing as guests […] entered and left. And, the desk staff were unfriendly. The idea of simply smiling at guests was revolting, I guess. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Simple and cheap but lacking"
Breakfast was a little sparse in variety compared to most hotels I've stayed at in Europe. The location was prime for the underground line but there is nothing worth doing within quick walking distance nor is there anywhere to eat other than the few fast food shops at the train station. The bed was like sleeping on wood and the matress made rest between […] days of walking around the city more tiresome. "Location"
Great location, this hotel is right by the underground stop and a 20 min walk to St Pancras International train station. The room was clean but a bit small. "Euston Square Hotel in London"
This hotel is in a commercial part of London and only a few steps from a tube station and a short walk from the Pancras rail station where you can get the Eurostar to France and beyond. "Small room, great location"
The room was very small, not much bigger than the bed. Everything, inside the room and elsewhere in the building, was very clean and tidy. The Euston Sqaure (not Euston!) tube station's north entrance is almost at the base of the building. The Euston (not Euston Square!) tube station, a Sainsbury's grocery, and some restaurants are within a 5 minute […] walk. Kings Cross and St Pancras stations are about a 10 minute walk, short enough to skip the ride in the underground from Euston Square during good weather. The continental breakfast was basic, but tasty; the high point was a very good fruit salad. We received the requested wake-up calls the first two mornings, and not the third, but we weren't in a hurry that morning anyway. This hotel's best feature is its excellent location, which was perfect for our stay. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great Location but horrible experience"
This hotel is set in a prime location if you are looking to get out and about seeing the sites. With that said the promised WiFi connection wouldn't work in the room. My wife had to go site in the lobby to get a signal. The bed was comfortable enough, but when the covers were pulled back there were hairs still there from the previous occupant. "Euston Square Hotel in London - minimalist chic"
I loved this place, despite the rather unprepossessing immediate environs. Bedroom and bathroom are small, almost as a matter of principle, to highlight the chic and clever design features. Hotel is quiet despite busy road out front, thanks to deep, double-glazed windows, on whose ledges a keyboard to use with the TV and tea and coffee are stored. I […] used the free wi-fi with my iPad without hitch. All the staff I encountered were helpful, friendly, professional. Situation is convenient, not pretty, though there's a very good pub just around the corner, five minutes away, serving a great range of beers and excellent home-made food. "Great location and great breakfast"
There are two main advantages to this hotel (besides the very reasonable rates): a) extremely well situated, right beside a subway station (served by 3 lines), 2 blocks away from another station (served by 2 other lines), 3 blocks from a major railway station and 4 blocks from the Saint Pancras and Kings Cross major train stations. Moreover, within […] walking distance (20 minutes tops) to lots of museums, including the British Museum b) excellent breakfast - lots of fruit, cereal, juices, breads, eat as much as you want. "Skip this hotel unless you need to be near EustonS"
The double room was extremely small -- smaller than the room I had at a Tokyo hotel (where the hotels are notorious for small rooms). We could barely slide the baggage by the bed into a corner. Carpets were old. One must drag bags up stairs to the lobby (no elevator access at the ground level), and then negotiate a series of "fire doors" to get access […] to your room. The main redeming quality of this hotel is that it is about 5-10 minutes walk from London Euston Station, although there is a closer Travel Lodge adjacent to the station. Waiter at the restaurant charged my credit card in USD, although the bill was in British pounds (without asking for my consent). I can only imagine tht the hotel set its own currency exchange rate. "Euston Square Hotel - close to the station"
This hotel is convenient for the Euston Train Station. The room was small, but very tidy and clean. Room was very small, but better than other rooms in the same area that I've stayed in before. Clean, modern, comfortable bed, good service, nice breakfast. Well-sized, clean bathroom. "Euston Square Hotel London"
The hotel is basically very good for the money. The room is a bit tight., that is, there isn't much walking around space in the room. However, the staff is great, the breakfast buffet is good. "Not impressed"
The access to the tube was very convenient. There was a station located around the corner and Warren Street Station two blocks away. So if easy access to transportation is what your main goal is, this is the place to stay. The breakfast buffet was very good and the staff was very friendly. However, that being said, my first impression of the room was […] that I had mistakenly booked us in my idea of a hostel. When they say minimalist decor, they aren't kidding. The rooms are small and uninviting. The lighting is dim at best but, to be honest, we found that problem in most of the hotels we stayed in. The carpet in our room needed a good wash and the shower stall was as small as a telephone booth. If you try to wash your face in the sink be careful you don't knock your head on the faucet and get water all over your clothes. Although college students from the nearby university would not mind the room, they probably wouldn't want to spend the money. If you are seeking a pleasant room that you look forward to returning to after a long day of sightseeing, this is not the place for you unless all you want to do is sleep. There are no chairs in the room. I would not book this hotel again and would not recommend it to my friends unless there were no other options available. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Wonderful experience"
I would definitely recommend this hotel to all able-bodied people. Not sure about wheelchair accessibility. Steps up from the street to enter, although there may be a ramp for access somewhere on the property. We (myself and 3 grown kids-family vacation) stayed for 6 days/nights. We had 2 rooms, each with two single beds. The service at the desk was […] helpful and informative. The cleaning service was good. The Continental breakfast is one of the best we've had anywhere. The only drawback was the size of the rooms, but they seem to all be small no matter which hotel you stay in. The second last night of our stay, the bathroom sink actually broke into 2 pieces (weird!) in the room I was sharing with one of my kids, and the front desk called the next morning and asked if we wanted to change rooms. We declined, but it was nice that they offered. (With only 1 more night to go, we didn't want to haul everything we brought to another room/floor. We just used our other room's sink for the night.) The hotel is directly around the corner from the Tube, and only a couple blocks away from a bus station. The British Library is just down trhe street and the British Museum is a few blocks south on the same street. Excellent location and good service. We would definitley recomend this hotel to friends and would return to stay ourselves. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"A Good Deal"
Hotel was located close to 2 Underground stations and within fairly easy walking from the theatre district (about 1/2 hour at a moderate pace). Continental breakfast was free and quite adequate. Free wireless worked great, very fast. My only complaint was that room temperatures are centrally controlled at night, and it was quite chilly both at night […] and in the morning. "Wouldn't recommend this hotel."
Choice of rooms: "small, but quiet" or "big, but noisy." Small meant miniscule, with no room to put the suitcases once unpacked. Big was what anywhere else would be very small. We chose "big", which was directly on Euston Road and very noisy, but at least could hold 2 people. Closet clothes bar was much too high to reach, bathroom was unbelievably cramped, […] with a shower that hardly allowed you to bend down to wash feet. Located smack in the center of town, right by Euston Sq station and, a 5 minute walk to the Warren St. tube stop and bustling Tottenham Court Rd. further down the road, Euston Sq hotel is a good choice for accommodation in Central London without having to break the bank. The facility has a more intimate feel as it’s on the smaller side. Right off Reception […] is a no frills lounge area (with internet access) and adjoining restaurant and bar where guests can enjoy complimentary breakfasts and other meals to order through the day. Rooms are decent enough--size-wise--by London’s standards and appear to have been recently renovated. They come with make-your-own coffee/tea service, flat screen TVs, safe and, extra bedding, etc. Bathrooms have showers and feature H2K toiletries (which I thought was a pretty good touch), and other basic necessities.
