This was our umpteenth visit to London, but one of our best as the hotel was immaculate and what more do you want but a Michelin Star restaurant! Luxurious... surroundings and the very nicest staff...everyone was as helpful as could be from the gentleman who handled our New Year's Eve dinner recommendations and then reservations to the maid who got our light in the closet fixed for us only moments after I made her aware of the small problem! Some construction being done on the outside makes it not as beautiful to pull up to but no complaints about the inside. Good service despite late night arrival and perfect location for sightseeing.

Très très bien. nous sommes arrivé plus tôt, ils nous ont gardé les bagages le temps d'aller se promener avant d'avoir la chambre. Ils m'ont configuré le wifi sur mon iphone. service impeccable. le petit plus est une des serveuse coté restaurant est française :). Rien à redire.
