Holes in duvet, cold breakfast which should have hot, burnt dessert. The worst was the 'door' men who preferred chatting among themselves to opening the door. "Great.....except for the construction"
Hidden gem in London on a quiet side street by St. James Palace, and close to The Ritz Hotel and Bond Street. Very comfortable room in the courtyard/mews area. Had a nice stay, but would have appreciated having advance warning about the construction/renovation in the lobby area.
