"Great.....except for the construction"
Hidden gem in London on a quiet side street by St. James Palace, and close to The Ritz Hotel and Bond Street. Very comfortable room in the courtyard/mews area. Had a nice stay, but would have appreciated having advance warning about the construction/renovation in the lobby area. We were welcomed with politeness and a refreshing desire to make you feel welcome. They attended to every detail and were not snobby because of who and where they were in the hotel market place. I have stayed at some really stuffy hotels and this is not one of them. They were nice staff and nothing was too much trouble. Ett fem-stjärnigt hotell som ligger mycket bra o nära centrala delar av London. Motsvarar i Sverige ett fyr-stjärnigt. Personalen var mycket serviceminded och artiga, rummet bekvämt men en aning litet, men sammantaget trivdes vi mycket bra på detta trevliga hotell.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
