Although the hotel is very nice and well situated, we had a problem with our reservation and the staff's response to our problem. When checking in I... asked to add a day to our stay. My request was acknowledged and a note was made in our record, but no reservation extension was made. A day later when we were accidentally, but carelessly locked out of our room, we learned that our extension was never made and that there were no rooms available. We had to change hotels. The staff was neither apologetic nor helpful, and one manager was downright antagonistic. Aside from that I would recommend they add some counter space in the bathroom.
